1. Amex^® Fan Experience

   At the NFL Draft, Super Bowl, and select NFL International games, American Express Card Members may obtain access to the American Express Fan Experience when they present a valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. All other event attendees can access the Amex Fan Experience when they scan the QR Code on on-site event signage and complete the registration (void where prohibited). Valid event ticket required for access to the Amex Fan Experience. Access provided on a first come, first served basis, subject to capacity limitations. Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Activities and perks available within the Amex Fan Experience may vary by event and can include interactive activations, amenities, giveaways, or other event-specific enhancements. Select perks and activities may be exclusive to eligible American Express Card Members. All activities and perks are subject to availability, while supplies last. American Express and event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who appear disruptive, unruly, or fails to comply with applicable rules, in their sole discretion. 2. American Express^® Card Member Lounge

   At the NFL Draft, Super Bowl, and select NFL International games, eligible American Express Card Members can reserve a session for themselves and up to one (1) accompanied guest in the Card Member Lounge when they present a valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. Reservations must be made same-day in person by visiting the Card Member Lounge entry agent on-site at the event. Reservations are limited and provided on a first come first served basis. Limit one (1) session reservation per Card Member per day. Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Activities and perks available within the Card Member Lounge may vary by event and can include interactive activations, amenities, giveaways, or other event-specific enhancements. All activities and perks are subject to availability, while supplies last. American Express and event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who appear disruptive, unruly, or fails to comply with applicable rules, in their sole discretion. 3. American Express^® Card Member Priority Lanes

   At the NFL Draft, Super Bowl, and select NFL International games, American Express® Card Members may obtain access to Card Member Priority Lanes when they present a valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. 4. Spend Offer

   At the NFL Draft, Super Bowl, and select NFL International games eligible American Express Card Members can enroll an eligible Card to earn a statement credit on qualifying purchases. 5. Amex Presale Tickets^®

   Amex Presale Tickets may be purchased by American Express Card Members for select events and select seats, during a specified period prior to the general on-sale dates for those events. Tickets must be purchased using an American Express Card (including, for example, the American Express International Dollar Cards). An American Express Prepaid Card cannot be used to purchase tickets. Tickets are sold by and fulfilled by third party ticket sellers (not American Express), and such tickets are subject to the rules, terms and conditions, prices and fees set by the ticket seller, event promoter and/or the venue. Presale tickets are subject to availability and supply may be limited. Not all seats may be offered; purchase limits and blackout dates may apply. 6. American Express Venue Collection™

   The American Express Venue Collection provides American Express^® Card Members with a Consumer or Business American Express® Card issued by American Express in the U.S. with access to a set of benefits at participating stadiums and arenas for select events. American Express cards issued by third-party financial institutions, American Express Corporate Cards, American Express Debit Cards, and American Express Prepaid Cards are not eligible. All benefits are subject to specific terms & conditions. Some benefits will be fulfilled by the venue and are subject to terms & conditions set by the venue, as applicable. Benefits cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or substituted. Void where prohibited by law. 2026 NFL Draft Event-Specific Terms and Conditions

   American Express Platinum Card Members can reserve a session for themselves and up to one (1) accompanied guest in the Card Member Lounge. American Express Centurion Members can reserve a session for themselves and up to three (3) accompanied guests. Reservations must be made same-day in person by visiting the Card Member Lounge entry agent on-site at the event. Reservations are limited and provided on a first come first served basis. Limit one (1) session reservation per eligible Card Member per event. Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 3. American Express^® Card Member Priority Lanes at the NFL Draft

   American Express^® Card Members and up to one (1) accompanied guest may obtain access to Card Member Priority Lanes when they present a valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. Hours of operation may vary and are subject to change. For merchandise Priority Lanes, all purchases must be made with an American Express Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards).

4. American Express^® Card Member Draft Theatre Seat Filler Queue at the NFL Draft

   American Express^® Card Members with up to one (1) accompanied guest may obtain access to the Draft Theatre Seat Filler Queue at the 2026 NFL Draft on Friday, April 24 and Saturday April 25, 2026 when they present a valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. American Express does not guarantee that all Card Members waiting in the Seat Filler Queue will be able to access a seat in the Draft Theatre. Card Members and their guests must remain together in the line at all times to be granted access. Saving places in line or joining the party after reaching the front of the line is not permitted. Seat allocation is subject to capacity limitations.
