American Express® Fan Experience
American Express Card Members may obtain access to the American Express Fan Experience when they present their valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. All other event attendees can access the American Express Fan Experience when they scan the QR Code on on-site event signage and complete the registration as prompted. Access provided on a first come, first served basis, subject to capacity limitations. All perks available in the American Express Fan Experience are available while supplies last. Hours of operation may vary and are subject to change.
American Express® Card Member Lounge
American Express Card Members can obtain access to the American Express Card Member Lounge located on the second floor of the American Express Fan Experience with up to two (2) accompanied guests when they present their valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. Access provided on a first come, first served basis, subject to capacity limitations. All perks available in the American Express Fan Experience are available while supplies last. Hours of operation may vary and are subject to change. American Express does not guarantee every Card Member will be able to receive access. Attendees who appear unruly, disruptive, or visibly intoxicated may be refused service and may be ejected from the lounge, in the sole discretion of the event organizers.
American Express® Radio
American Express Card Members can receive an American Express Radio when they present their valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards, at any American Express Radio Booth location on-site. Limit one (1) per Card per day, while supplies last. Radios can be placed in return bins located throughout the grounds at the end of each day.
American Express® Shop
American Express Card Members can obtain access to the American Express Shop by tapping their valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. That Card will then be automatically charged for any items from the Shop with which the Card Member selects and leaves the Shop.
Complimentary American Express® Fans
During Fan Week, American Express Card Members can receive a complimentary American Express fan when they present their valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards, at the American Express Court 13 radio booth location on-site. Limit one (1) per Card per day. Available while supplies last.
The Centurion® Lounge at US Open
Reservation Requirements:
Reservations for The Centurion Lounge at US Open are available exclusively to American Express Platinum Card® and Centurion® Members. Same-day one-hour reservations will become available through Resy at 9:30am ET each day of the tournament, starting on August 24, 2025. Each day the Centurion Lounge at US Open is open, eligible Card Members will be able to choose an available reservation time on a first come, first served basis.
How to Make a Reservation on Resy:
- Log into your Resy account. If you do not have a Resy account, you must sign up for one ahead of time.
- Ensure you have your Platinum and/or Centurion Card on file in your Resy account before reservations open.
- Visit The Centurion Lounge at US Open venue page on Resy to complete your reservation.
Platinum Card Members: You are eligible to make a reservation for a table of up to two (2) persons (you plus a guest) once per day, subject to availability. If you plan to visit the Lounge with a guest, you must book a reservation for a table of two (2) persons, subject to availability. Any additional reservations beyond this limit will be cancelled and deemed ineligible on site. Individual reservations cannot be combined into a multi-guest reservation.
Centurion Members: You are eligible to make a reservation for a table of up to four (4) persons (you plus 3 guest(s)) once per day, subject to availability. If you plan to visit the lounge with 1-3 guest(s), you must book a reservation for a table of your total party size, subject to availability. Any additional reservations beyond this limit will be cancelled and deemed ineligible on site. Individual reservations cannot be combined into a multi-guest reservation.
Notify on Resy:
If there are no available reservations at your desired time, you may add yourself to the waitlist (“Notify”) on Resy to receive an SMS text if a spot becomes available. If you receive a text from Resy, please respond promptly to book the reservation.
Reservations are extremely limited and subject to availability at the sole discretion of American Express. American Express has sole discretion regarding seat changes. Reservations cannot be made through other channels outside of Resy (i.e. phone, email, chat, or other Amex channels).
Cancellation Policy:
While you will not be charged if you need to cancel your reservation, we ask that you please do so if you are no longer able to make your reservation.
Access Policy:
To access The Centurion Lounge at US Open, Platinum Card and Centurion Members with a confirmed reservation on Resy must present the lounge agent with their Platinum or Centurion Card (physical or through their digital wallet). Name on Card must match name on the reservation. Card Members and any accompanying guest(s) must arrive at the lounge within 10 minutes of their reservation start time. Each reservation provides up to 1 hour access to the Lounge. Your reservation begins at your reservation time as stated on Resy, not when you arrive at the lounge. A complete party is required in order to be seated.
Eligible Card Members with a confirmed reservation to the Centurion Lounge at US Open may receive up to one (1) complimentary gift bag, while supplies last. There is a limit of one (1) complimentary gift bag per person for the duration of the 2025 US Open. Complimentary gift bags are distributed on a first come, first served basis and are not guaranteed. Products included in gift bags may vary and are subject to change without notice. Only the eligible Card Member who is the reservation holder is eligible to receive a complimentary gift bag. No other visitors to the Centurion Lounge at US Open, including guests of a Card Member, are eligible to receive a complimentary gift bag.
Must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly. By attending the event, you are voluntarily assuming any and all risks related to your attendance and you will not hold American Express, its partners, representatives, or agents, liable for any risks, injuries, or illness in connection with your attendance at the event. American Express also reserves the right to remove any person from any event for inappropriate behavior including, but not limited to, conduct that is disruptive, abusive, or violent.
Spend Offer for Eligible American Express® Card Members
Earn a one-time $10 statement credit after using an enrolled eligible Card to spend a minimum of $100 in one or more qualifying purchases at participating on-site merchants at the US Open between August 24 and September 7, 2025 (or, if final day of tournament play is extended, September 8, 2025).
Eligibility and Enrollment
Eligible Card Members must first add offer to Card and then use same Card to make qualifying purchases. Only Consumer and Business American Express® Cards issued by American Express in the US are eligible for this offer. American Express Prepaid Cards, Corporate Cards, Debit Cards, and American Express-branded Cards issued by other financial institutions are not eligible for this offer. Additional Cards on an eligible Card account are also eligible to enroll in this offer; however, any rewards or credits earned will be applied to the Basic Card Member’s account. Each eligible Card must enroll separately in this offer and must individually make a qualifying purchase to earn a statement credit.
Limit one enrollment per Card Member regardless of whether a Card Member has more than one eligible Card. Card Members must select one eligible Card to enroll and enrollment of an eligible Card in this offer extends only to that Card.
Qualifying Purchases
A qualifying purchase is a purchase made with participating merchants on-site at the US Open excluding purchase of US Open Event Cards or USTA memberships, parking vendors, merchants that accept only charitable donations, and at premium suites and banquets. Valid only on purchases made in US dollars.
Offer only valid on purchases made directly with a participating on-site merchant. Offer not valid on purchases made using third parties, such as resellers, delivery services, or other intermediaries.
Statement Credit
Limit of $10 back in total statement credits per eligible Card. If the Card Account is canceled or past due, it may not qualify to receive the statement credit(s). Please allow 90-days after 9/8/2025 for the statement credit(s) to be posted to the Card Account, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase.
