American Express Lounge Access

Access to the American Express Entertainment Lounge is available to American Express® Card Members, subject to capacity limitations. American Express Prepaid Cards are not eligible. Card Members will be permitted to bring up to three (3) guests (except for Platinum Card® and Centurion® Members who are permitted to bring up to five (5) guests), subject to capacity limitations and the discretion of the venue. Access is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. American Express does not guarantee every eligible Card Member will be able to receive access. Attendees who appear unruly, disruptive, or visibly intoxicated may be refused service and may be ejected from the suite, in the sole discretion of the event organizers.

American Express Card Member Express Cloaking

American Express^® Card Members have access to complimentary express cloaking at Brisbane Entertainment Centre. To access the cloakroom, Card Members should use the express queue by the Ticketek Box Office and present a valid American Express^® Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards). Access is granted on a first come first served basis and wait times may apply. Limit one (1) item for express cloaking per person per event. All items will be screened before being accepted into the cloakroom. The cloakroom closes 15-30 minutes after the closure of each event. The cloakroom is managed by the venue (not American Express) and the terms and conditions set by the venue apply. All items left with stewards before entry into the venue are left at your own risk and American Express bears no responsibility for the operation of the cloakroom and any loss or damage to property left at the cloakroom.
