Raised by a single Mom in Davie, Florida, I began working at an early age to create the life I wanted. I was driving at 14, and by the age of 16, I plunged my Chevelle SS into a canal, learning what would be the first in a series of leadership lessons! At 17 years old, I joined Amex where I ascended the corporate ladder, and received numerous awards for quality by saving millions of dollars in global multi-year projects. In 2005, as a Global Project Manager, I decided to leave Amex and start Metaspire where I gained extensive experience in Financial Services and Technology - partnering with CEOs to present transformational solutions. I took Metaspire from start-up to millions of dollars in sales in just 5 years. I graduated with Honors from NOVA Southeastern University, receiving a B.S. degree in Professional Management, and attained a Master's in Organization Management. I am a CTI and MIT - SOL- NA Leadership Graduate and Certified Leadership Coach.
