Paul Nasrani | Amex Business Intel™ Freelance Contributor

Paul N. Nasrani is the owner of Adirondack Creamery, which he founded in a tiny apartment kitchen. Adirondack Creamery ice cream is crafted using a childhood family recipe: milk, cream, sugar, and eggs. Twenty years later, Adirondack Creamery continues as a 100% founder-owned company and uses the same recipe to produce new to market and familiar favorite flavors that are available in grocery retailers throughout the Northeast and nationwide for home delivery. Committed to connecting customers with small family businesses through ice cream, Paul is proud to source simple, recognizable ingredients from the many local family-owned independent farms and suppliers that make Adirondack Creamery’s flavors possible.
