Feedback Terms and Conditions
Thank you for submitting feedback to American Express for our consideration (the “Feedback”). The terms below (“Terms”) apply to your submission and our use of the Feedback. References to American Express, “we,” and “our” refer to American Express and its affiliates.
It is in our sole discretion whether we use or implement the Feedback in any way. If you elect to provide the Feedback, you agree that we may use it for any purpose, without restriction or limitation.
Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that:
- The Feedback does not contain any information that is your confidential information or personal information or the confidential information or personal information of any other party.
- The Feedback does not contain any copyrighted or proprietary materials of any third party.
- You grant American Express a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, assignable, perpetual, irrevocable license to (a) use, execute, modify, perform, display, transmit, copy, distribute (internally or externally) the Feedback, and prepare derivative works based on the Feedback; and (b) use the Feedback to develop, make, have made, offer for sale, sell, have sold, import, export, distribute, rent or lease products and services.
- You will not claim ownership rights to any derivative work of the Feedback created by or on behalf of American Express.
- You will submit to the laws of the State of New York, USA and applicable federal law without regard to conflicts of laws principles.
With respect to the Feedback and American Express’ use of it, these Terms will take precedence over any other agreement between you and American Express. Furthermore, these Terms will survive any the termination or expiration of any other agreements between you and American Express.
