Retail Protection provides coverage for eligible items you purchased entirely with your Credit One Bank American Express® Card if damaged or stolen within ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Coverage is limited to the actual cost of the item (excluding delivery and transportation costs) or to a maximum of $1,000 per loss and a total of $50,000 per Cardholder account per twelve month period, whichever is less.Certain exclusions, restrictions, and limitations apply. Return Protection offers Cardmembers guaranteed product satisfaction on designated items purchased entirely with an eligible Card. If you try to return an eligible item within 90 days from the date of purchase and the merchant refuses to take it back in accordance with its own return policies, Cardmember will be refunded the full purchase price, up to $300.00 per item, excluding shipping and handling, and up to a maximum of $1,000.00 annually per Cardmember Account. Certain exclusions, restrictions, and limitations apply.
Extends the terms of original manufacturers' warranties (of 12 months or less) on a covered product purchased entirely with the Card for a period of time equal to the duration of the original manufacturer's warranty, up to one additional year, on products purchased in the United States.
