Yes, all travel booked through Concierge must be booked using your Cash Rewards, Travel Rewards, Premier Rewards or Premier American Express® Card.

Your Card allows you to purchase tickets to certain events before (and after) they go on sale to the general public.
You have access to advance tickets to concerts, Broadway shows, sporting events, etc.
Select the number of tickets and price (if applicable) you would like to buy for a show that has an American Express presale. Search for tickets and follow payment instructions until purchase is confirmed. The only accepted method of payment is a valid American Express® Card.
During the presale period, tickets are available exclusively to all American Express® Cardmembers.
Ticket limit varies by event and is noted on the event’s ticketing page.
