Important Information

  • This location is accessible for passengers departing from satellite Terminals 5B and 5C, but these passengers need to access the lounge before proceeding to the satellite gates and allow sufficient time after their visit to reach their departure gates.
  • Access to this lounge is permitted up to 3 hours before your scheduled flight departure time.
  • An extensive British-inspired seasonal food and drink menu is available and includes a range of complimentary as well as premium options (for an additional charge).
  • Restroom facilities are available outside the lounge.
  • Smart causal dress is required at all times. Football shirts are not allowed.
