Café Montesol offers all-day dining in a colorful space. Menus highlight regional delicacies crafted from local ingredients with a touch of whimsy. A 20-minute drive takes you to the hotel’s sister property, Experimental Beach in Las Salinas. Relax in a sunbed and take a dip in the ocean.
The hotel can arrange a day trip to Formentera, a short boat ride away, as well as a hot air balloon ride. Experience Ibiza’s legendary nightlife and markets and for an adrenaline fueled-adventure, hire an e-foil or try jet surfing. Kayaking is also an option.
