FAQs

All points earned from the spend made by Supplementary Cardmembers will be directly credited to the Basic Cardmember’s account. Both the Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers will earn points at the same rate.

The Basic Cardmember is liable for payment of all spend made by Supplementary Cardmembers.

You can check the balance of your Supplementary Cards anytime via your online Account, your monthly statement, or by calling the number on the back of your Card. All spend made by Supplementary Cardmembers will be clearly stated on your statement and online Account.

Your Supplementary Cardmembers can register online and create a MYCA ID. Post registering, they can login to their account and save Amex Offers to their Card. Any credit received from redeeming Amex Offers will be directly credited to the Basic Cardmember’s Account.
