The Membership Rewards Programme enables you to reward yourself every time you use the Corporate Card. Every rupee charged to your Corporate Card can earn you Membership Rewards points that can be redeemed for various options. Please check with your Program Administrator prior to enrolment to ensure your Company has chosen to participate.

MYCA provides a fully flexible, secure and convenient management of your Corporate Card Account. ‘Check Your Account’ assists you to review your charges online, without having to wait for your monthly Corporate Card Statement to arrive.
Using Check your Account you can track current charges and payments and view statements for the past three months.
You can also track your unbilled balance and new charges.
Update your billing address to ensure you don’t miss out on important communications from us.
As the Corporate Card is a charge Card, your Account needs to be settled in full each month or late payment charges will apply. Please refer to the Most Important Terms and Conditions for further information.
Effective March 06, 2017, your American Express Corporate Card may be enabled for contactless payments. To see if your Card is contactless, look for the contactless symbol contactless symbol on the front and back of your Card. To know more, click here.
The Membership Rewards programme has been specifically tailored for American Express Corporate Cardmembers and allows you to reward yourself every time you use your Corporate Card.
Every rupee you charge to your Corporate Card will earn you Membership Rewards points1 that can be redeemed for gift vouchers or transferred to Air Miles / Frequent Customer or Guest Programs with Hotel partners. You can also redeem Points for a statement credit to cover your Card charges or can choose to pay with Points while making online payments or at a participating store via Point of Sale (‘POS’). Access to Membership Rewards is not automatic. Please enrol with us by calling 1800 419 1222 (toll-free) or 0124 2801222, or contact your company’s Program Administrator to check if you are eligible for enrolment in the Membership Rewards Program. If calling from overseas, please dial +91-124-280-1222.
Note, you cannot delegate someone else in your company to enrol on your behalf – you have to do this yourself!

Priority Pass Programme:
American Express Gold Corporate Cardmembers enjoy a complimentary membership to the Priority Pass Programme - a programme that provides access to VIP airport lounges worldwide, regardless of the choice of airline, class of ticket or membership in an airline lounge programme.
American Express Gold Corporate Cardmembers can avail 2 complimentary lounge access in 12 month period of membership under this program (one may additionally access by paying US$32 per person per visit).

- To access the lounge/s, eligible Corporate Gold Cardmembers must carry their valid, unexpired Corporate Gold Card along with airline ticket/boarding pass for travel on the same day.

While Corporate Card can be used for most day-to-day business expenses there are times when cash is required. For your convenience the Corporate Cash service ensures you are never stranded without access to cash.
Cardmembers enrolled in the Corporate Cash service can use their Cards to access cash from ATM locations outside India. Withdrawn cash is billed to individual Corporate Card accounts and appears as a charge on the next statement after the withdrawal occurs. A transaction fee applies to each withdrawal.
With effect from January 31, 2022, cash withdrawal facility through ATMs in India on your Corporate Card will be disabled. However, you can continue to enjoy cash withdrawal facility* on ATMs present outside of India when you travel overseas.
Access to this service is not automatic. You require approval from your Company's authorised signatory to complete the separate Corporate Cash enrolment form. In addition, proof-of-identify to comply with government requirements may be required. Please note you cannot delegate someone else in your Company to enrol on your behalf.
If your Company enrolls for this service, you may also be bound by any internal policies limiting the amount you are able to withdraw. Please refer to your company's internal policies (where applicable) to ensure compliance with your company policies.
*For existing Cardmembers, international ATM transactions may be enabled basis their international usage in the past and is subject to Corporate level ATM enrolment
Complimentary Business Travel Accident Insurance is automatically provided when Common Carrier tickets are charged to the Corporate Card. This provides the employees with peace of mind knowing that they are covered in case of an accident for business trips from their departure, through their trip until they return.
Insurance is provided and underwritten by ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited, and is subject to the Terms and Conditions of cover. Exclusions and limitations apply. Provided that the Card member has acted in good faith, his liability to American Express arising out of any unauthorized use of the Credit Card shall be nil if American Express receives the report within 3 working days of the fraud. If the fraud is reported beyond 3 working days then the maximum liability of the customer will be limited to INR 1000.
Your American Express® Corporate Card comes with Chip and PIN technology that ensures greater transaction security and provides enhanced protection against fraud from lost, stolen or counterfeit Cards.
To use your Card at all Chip-enabled Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals, you will be required to enter a 4-digit PIN to authenticate all transactions. Hence,please select a 4-digit PIN of your choice for your American Express Corporate Card.

If your Corporate Card is lost or stolen, please report this incident immediately on 0124-280-1222 or 1800-419-1222. If calling from overseas, please call (+91)124-280-1222.
Upon notification, American Express will issue you with a replacement Card, usually by the next business day at no extra cost.
Upon notification, provided that the Card member has acted in good faith, his liability to American Express arising out of any unauthorized use of the Credit Card shall be nil if American Express receives the report within 3 working days of the fraud. If the fraud is reported beyond 3 working days then the maximum liability of the customer will be limited to INR 1000.
