As the Corporate Card is a charge Card, your Account needs to be settled in full each month or late payment charges will apply. Please refer to the Most Important Terms and Conditions for further information.

Effective March 06, 2017, your American Express Corporate Card may be enabled for contactless payments. To see if your Card is contactless, look for the contactless symbol contactless symbol  on the front and back of your Card. To know more, click here.

Access to Membership Rewards is not automatic. Please enrol with us by calling 1800 419 1222 (toll-free) or 0124 2801222, or contact your company’s Program Administrator to check if you are eligible for enrolment in the Membership Rewards Program. If calling from overseas, please dial +91-124-280-1222.

Note, you cannot delegate someone else in your company to enrol on your behalf – you have to do this yourself!

While Corporate Card can be used for most day-to-day business expenses there are times when cash is required. For your convenience the Corporate Cash service ensures you are never stranded without access to cash.

Cardmembers enrolled in the Corporate Cash service can use their Cards to access cash from ATM locations outside India. Withdrawn cash is billed to individual Corporate Card accounts and appears as a charge on the next statement after the withdrawal occurs. A transaction fee applies to each withdrawal.

With effect from January 31, 2022, cash withdrawal facility through ATMs in India on your Corporate Card will be disabled. However, you can continue to enjoy cash withdrawal facility* on ATMs present outside of India when you travel overseas.

Access to this service is not automatic. You require approval from your Company's authorised signatory to complete the separate Corporate Cash enrolment form. In addition, proof-of-identify to comply with government requirements may be required. Please note you cannot delegate someone else in your Company to enrol on your behalf.

If your Company enrolls for this service, you may also be bound by any internal policies limiting the amount you are able to withdraw. Please refer to your company's internal policies (where applicable) to ensure compliance with your company policies.

*For existing Cardmembers, international ATM transactions may be enabled basis their international usage in the past and is subject to Corporate level ATM enrolment

Provided that the Card member has acted in good faith, his liability to American Express arising out of any unauthorized use of the Credit Card shall be nil if American Express receives the report within 3 working days of the fraud. If the fraud is reported beyond 3 working days then the maximum liability of the customer will be limited to INR 1000.

Your American Express® Corporate Card comes with Chip and PIN technology that ensures greater transaction security and provides enhanced protection against fraud from lost, stolen or counterfeit Cards.

To use your Card at all Chip-enabled Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals, you will be required to enter a 4-digit PIN to authenticate all transactions. Hence,please select a 4-digit PIN of your choice for your American Express Corporate Card.

If your Corporate Card is lost or stolen, please report this incident immediately on 0124-280-1222 or 1800-419-1222. If calling from overseas, please call (+91)124-280-1222.

Upon notification, American Express will issue you with a replacement Card, usually by the next business day at no extra cost.

You are responsible for the safety and security of your Corporate Card and you can help ensure the safety of your Card by:
 

• Signing your Corporate Card as soon as you receive it.
  
• Always checking that the Corporate Card returned to you after use is your own Card and not someone else’s.
  
• Not releasing your Card number to other unauthorised people. If unsure, don’t give out your number.
  
• For internet purchases, please ensure that you are accessing a secure site.
