혜택 적용 방법

투숙 희망 일자 최소 7일 전에 https://www.themulia.com/amex-premier-privileges 홈페이지에서 프로모션 기간 내 3박 연속 숙박 예약한 경우 혜택이 적용됩니다.
상기 공식 홈페이지 외 다른 채널을 통한 예약이나 직접 방문 예약 시 혜택은 적용되지 않습니다.
본 혜택은 본인 명의로 국내에서 발급된 유효한 개인 또는 법인 American Express® Green, Gold 또는 The Platinum Card®("적격 카드")로 예약한 경우에만 유효합니다. 여기에는 삼성, 현대 또는 롯데를 통해 한국에서 발급된 카드가 포함됩니다.
체크인 및 체크아웃 시 예약자 명의의 적격 카드를 제시해야 하며, 동일한 카드로 전체 숙박 요금을 전액 결제해야 합니다. 적격 카드를 제시 및 사용하지 않을 경우, 표준 요금이 부과됩니다. 예약 및 숙박 기간은 2026년 12월 31일까지(해당 기간 포함) 유효합니다.
예약 가능여부 및 이용 제한 기간 : 본 혜택은 객실 상황에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 선호하는 숙박 날짜는 보장되지 않으며, 호텔의 단독 재량에 따라 결정됩니다.
취소, 변경 및 노쇼(No-Show)에 대한 위약금은 예약 시점에 적용되는 표준 호텔 정책에 따라 부과됩니다. 가장 정확하고 최신 정보는 호텔에 직접 문의하시기 바랍니다.

약관 및 유의사항 (영문 약관 적용)

The Mulia & Mulia Villas offer, Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility: Offer is valid exclusively for bookings made with a valid personal or corporate American Express® Green, Gold, or The Platinum Card® issued in your name (“Eligible Card”). This includes cards issued in South Korea through Samsung, Hyundai, or Lotte. The Eligible Card must be presented upon check-in and check-out, and the entire stay must be paid in full using the same card. Failure to present and use an Eligible Card will result in charges at the standard prevailing rate.
The booking and stay period is valid until 31 December 2026 (inclusive).
Availability and Blackout Dates: Offer is subject to room availability. Preferred dates of stay are not guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of the property.
Advance Booking Requirement: Offer is only valid for advance reservations made at least 7 (seven) days prior to arrival via the dedicated offer page at https://www.themulia.com/amex-premier-privileges. Bookings made through other channels or walk-ins will not be eligible for this promotion.
Reservation Policy: Cancellation, modification, and no-show penalties will be subject to the standard hotel policies applicable at the time of booking. Please consult the hotel directly for the most accurate and updated information.
Offer Fulfilment: This promotion is administered solely by The Mulia & Mulia Villas(“Merchant”). All bookings and services are subject to the Merchant’s terms and conditions. American Express is not the provider of the offer and assumes no responsibility for its fulfilment.
Non-Transferable & No Cash Value: The offer is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash or credit, and cannot be combined with other promotions, packages, negotiated rates, group bookings, or loyalty benefits.
The Merchant and/or American Express reserve the right to cancel any booking or deny the promotional benefit if it is determined that the promotion is being abused or used in a manner inconsistent with these terms.
In the event of any inconsistency between the English and non-English language versions, the English language version shall prevail.
