- To receive the additional 20% discount available exclusively to eligible American Express Card Members, you must enter the promotional code "AMEX20" at checkout.
How to redeem:
Select your destination and hotel → Click "Use a coupon" → Enter promo code "AMEX20" → Apply the discount.
- The maximum discount amount available via the coupon is USD $100.
- The coupon can be used up to 5 times per account.
- The promotional discount cannot be applied retroactively after payment has been completed. Please ensure the discount has been successfully applied before completing your booking.
- The additional 20% discount is available only for bookings with the "Pay Now" payment option. Bookings with "Pay at Property" are not eligible.
- Discounts are applied to the booking value before taxes, tax recovery charges, fees, service charges, and any other applicable additional costs.
- The qualifying payment currency and discount calculation are based on U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Refunds for cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy applicable to your selected booking and Hotels.com's refund policy.
