* 캐시백 금액은 카드 명세서에서 마이너스 처리되며, 처리 기간은 가맹점의 거래 승인 시점에 따라 달라질 수 있으며, 10일에서 최대 90일 안으로 지급됩니다.

* 본 프로모션은 반송, 취소 거래의 경우, 캐시백 제공 제외되며, 부분 취소의 경우도 취소 금액과 상관 없이 취소로 간주 됩니다.

* 제 3자 (서드파티)를 통해 구매한 제품이나 타 결제 시스템 사용시 혜택 불가합니다. 예) 백화점, 오프라인 매장, 타 온라인 쇼핑 가맹점, 온라인 페이팔(Paypal) 결제, 전화/우편 주문 및 결제, 타 캐시백 시스템사용 등의 타 결제 혹은 마케팅 시스템반송 물품 혹은 취소된 거래는 해당되지 않습니다.

Promotion Terms & Conditions:

Promotion Period 

The Promotion commences at 09:00 hrs (GMT +9) on 1^st Feb 2023 and ends at 23:59 hrs (GMT +9) on 28th Feb 2023.

Eligibility Criteria

1. The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who hold American Express® Cards issued in South Korea by KB Kookmin Cards, Lotte Cards, BC Cards (BNK Kyongnam), Samsung Cards, KEB Hana Cards, Shinhan Cards, Hyundai Cards (“Eligible Cards”) (and such holders of an Eligible Cards “Card Members”). Card Members with American Express® Corporate Cards issued by KB Kookmin Cards, Lotte Cards, BC Cards (BNK Kyongnam), Samsung Cards, KEB Hana Cards, Shinhan Cards, Hyundai Cards in South Korea, American Express Cards issued by any other Issuer in South Korea and holders of American Express® cards issued outside of Korea are not eligible to participate in this Promotion, unless otherwise specifically stated in writing. To qualify, a Card Member’s account/s must also be current and in good standing during the Promotion Period, and up to the time when the prize is awarded. American Express may, at its sole discretion, at any time (and from time to time), open this Promotion to any other American Express Cards which are not yet Eligible Cards.

2. Transactions need to be completed during the Promotion Period at 24S site (“Participating Outlet(s)”)

3. Transaction should be completed in one of the following currencies

GBP, EUR, USD, KRW

PROMOTION MECHANICS

1.  Card Members who complete a transaction fulfilling all the Eligibility Criteria (set out in Section B above) will receive at 15% Cash Rebate from 24S site

2.  Cash rebate will be calculated based on the final transaction amount charged to the Eligible Card

3.  American Express reserves the right to add, remove or substitute any one or more Participating Outlet (where applicable) at any time during the Promotion Period without giving prior notice to the Card Members

4.  The following transactions are not eligible for the purposes of the Promotion:
a. Purchasing a merchant’s goods through a third party. For example, through a department store and/or concession store, online aggregator (e.g. PayPal) or retailer;
b. Returned items; or
c. Transactions which are subsequently cancelled or refunded.

5.  Cash Rebates pursuant to this Promotion will be issued via statement credits to your Card account. Statement credits may take up to 90days to issue but generally, they should be credited within 10 business days upon confirmation by the merchant of the eligible transaction or 10 business days of confirmation of your eligibility. Different statement credits granted pursuant to this Promotion may be issued at different times. American Express may be unable to apply the statement credit to your Card Account if it has been suspended or cancelled prior to the statement credit being issued.

6.  Statement credit will be reversed if the purchase in relation to the eligible transaction is subsequently returned or cancelled, in part or in whole

7.  Decisions of American Express is final and no correspondence in relation thereto will be entertained.

8.  No responsibility is accepted by the American Express for late, lost or misdirected transactions in respect of this Promotion.

9.  Statement credits are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, other payment forms or any other prize, whether in part and/or in full.

10. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of American Express which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, American Express reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

11.  American Express reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion at any time in its sole discretion without notice to Card Members.
American Express is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages of any kind in connection with or arising out of this Promotion.

12. Each Cardmember is restricted from making more than 20 purchases per campaign, regardless of the number of items bought for each purchase.

13. This promotion is operated under Amex system. The transaction time might be different between Amex and card issuers as both Amex and card issuers are operated under different system time.

14. This promotion cannot be combined with any other rebate offering other than those offered at MyAmexShopping. Receiving rewards/cashback from another source on your purchases at 24S during the campaign period will be reversed or subsequently cancelled.
