To save time before you apply for your Vitality American Express® Credit Card, it’s best to make sure you can say yes to the following.
- I am aged 18 or over
- I have an eligible Vitality Plan. Vitality Terms and Conditions apply. Please visit the Member Zone for more information.
- I have a permanent UK home address
- I have a current UK bank or building society account
- I have no history of bad debt
- I earn at least £20,000 per year
