You must first enroll your eligible Card in the offer and then use the Card to spend $50 or more in one or more purchases at Coachella as indicated in the offer terms. The one-time $10 statement credit will appear on your eligible enrolled Card account within 90 days after April 24, 2022. If you don’t see the statement credit by 90 days after April 24, 2022, please call the number on the back of your Card.

An eligible Card means a valid American Express US Consumer or Small Business credit or charge Card. The following cards are not eligible for the Offer: Prepaid Cards and products, Corporate Cards,  American Express-branded Cards issued by other financial institutions, and Cards not issued in the U.S. 

There are several ways to retrieve your User ID or to reset your Password. You can click on the “Forgot User ID or Password?” link in the Amex Mobile app or on americanexpress.com. You can also call the number on the back of your Card for assistance.

In order to redeem the on-site benefits, you must go to the benefit location and show your American Express Card to an Amex staff member to enter (all staff members are wearing blue bucket hats). All Cards are eligible for these benefits, except for the Spend $50 or more, get $10 offer which is only available for Cards issued in the U.S.

• You can find the Amex Lounge between the Mojave stage and Gobi stage.
• The Coachella Ferris Wheel is located on the terrace.
• SPECTRA is located past the Ferris wheel near the main entrance. 
• The Campground General Store is located in the main camping hub.  
  
• The Broad Street Oyster restaurant pop-up is located in the main VIP area, and requires a VIP Access Festival Ticket.
  

Card Members can bring up to three guests into the lounge. Space is limited.

The lounge will be open each day of the festival, from 11AM-9PM on Friday & Saturday and then 12PM-9PM on Sunday.

Yes, each Card Member can bring one (1) guest into SPECTRA with them during the Card Member-only hour (12PM-1PM). Entrance will be subject to any on-site SPECTRA capacity restrictions.

At the Amex Artist Shop in the Amex Lounge at the Festival. The merch will be available only on Friday of Weekend 1 and Friday of Weekend 2.  Card Members can also buy merch online at our Amex Artist Shop, available April 15-April 30. While supplies last.

The Amex Artist Shop is a shop, both in the Amex Lounge and online, that is operated by Bravado and features exclusive, limited-edition merch from Billie Eilish and Conan Gray. Only Card Members can purchase the merchandise, and all Cards are eligible to purchase. Merchandise from the online shop can be shipped worldwide, with the exception of Russia.

There won’t be an Amex Platinum House this year, but Card Members can visit our Amex Lounge to get access to exclusive Card Member benefits & experiences!
