1. The annual membership fee for this card is $150 and will be billed to your American Express Card account. The annual membership fee for each additional card is $40, and will be billed to your American Express Card.
2.The annual membership fee for this card is $250 and will be billed to your Rewards Gold Card account. There is an annual membership fee of $65 for up to five (5) additional cards and an annual membership fee of $65 for each additional card after the first five (5) which will be billed to your Rewards Gold Card.
