Getting Started
Apply for your AccessLine account: Apply here. Once your AccessLine account is approved go to step 2.
Add your Amex Card: In the AccessLine portal go to Cards > Add Card and follow the prompts. Only Amex Business or Corporate Card can be used. Verification is required before the Card is approved for payments.
Add a new payee: Go to My Payees > Add Payee and upload a valid invoice for the payee you would like to add. Follow the prompts to confirm the Payee’s ABN, EFT details and other mandatory information. Click here for detailed instructions.
Create a payment: Go to Create Payment > Choose how you would like to create your payment
Payments can be created manually for a single payment, via file upload from your compatible accounting software or Excel/CSV file for multiple payments. Excel/CSV upload templates are provided upon selection.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, if you hold a Rewards-earning Amex Card you may be eligible to receive rewards points for your AccessLine transactions. This is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Rewards program you are enrolled in, please refer to your relevant loyalty program Terms and Conditions:

All AccessLine spend across industries (including Government) will attract the earn rate for eligible spend applicable to your Card product. There is no reduced earn rate for Government industry spend on AccessLine.

Client Administrators can set the number of approvals in Account > Payment Authorisation. Use the pencil button under action to change the number of approvers.
Client administrators can configure fields in Account > Payment Fields. You can update an optional field’s name, visibility, and whether it is required.
Only a Client Administrator can add users via Home > Users > Add Users. Here you can assign roles and permissions.
Go to my Payees > select "Edit" for the Payee that needs to be amended > make the necessary changes.
If you need to make changes to to existing Payees, we recommend you contact them via phone on their known contact number to verify the change before updating payee details.
