American Express® FX International Payments believes your account security is of the utmost importance. That's why, each time you log in to the American Express® FX International Payments platform, you will need to enter your Username, Password and Memorable Date. For added security, we will also ask that you complete a few additional steps the first time you log in.

TIP : You can use any web browser, but Internet Explorer and Safari will give you the optimal in-platform experience. We suggest you bookmark the platform address, so you can quickly access it when you need it.
  • 1Visit the FX International Payments Online Platform

  • 2Enter your provided Username and Temporary Password
    When your account was approved, you should have received:

    If you have not received these e-mails, please check your Spam or Junk folder in case they were filtered inaccurately, and confirm the e-mail address that was originally supplied. If the Temporary Password you received doesn't work, it may have expired (this happens 72 hours after it is sent). Contact Customer Service to reset your login details. Their details can be found at the bottom of this page.

  • 3Enter your One-Time PIN
    A few moments after entering your Username and Password, you should receive an e-mail with a One-Time PIN from amex_FX_International_Payments@aexp.com Enter it to continue logging in.

  • 4Create a New Password
    You'll be asked to reenter your Temporary password and create a New Password. Passwords must be a minimum of 7 characters with atleast 1 numeric and atleast 1 alphabetic character.

  • 5Enter a Memorable Date
    Use the on-screen push pad to enter your Memorable Date in the format of DD/MM/YY.

  • 6After completing the above steps, you'll be successfully logged in.

TIP : Make sure you remember your Username, Password and Memorable Date for future platform access.

Forgotten your Security Information?

 

If you've forgotten either your Password or Memorable Date, click Forgot Your Log In Details on the platform login screen.

 

If you've forgotten your Username, or both your Password and your Memorable Date, you will need to contact Customer Service to reset your account details. Their details can be found at the bottom of this page.
