Smartphone Screen Cover
Your Platinum Insurance includes Smartphone Screen Cover, which provides cover for up to $500 when you pay for your smartphone with your Platinum Card, either outright or on a monthly contract.
You can be reimbursed for the cost of the screen repair up to $500 for two events a year1. A 10% excess applies to the claimed amount. Waiting periods may apply.
Claiming is easy, follow the steps below:
Step 1 - Ensure you purchase your smartphone outright or pay your monthly smartphone contract on your Platinum Card
Step 2 - Repair your smartphone screen when it breaks
Step 3 - Submit a claim via the Chubb Claims Centre
Step 4 - Receive your claim refund
