You can order a replacement Card quickly and easily online. It will then be sent to the address that we have on file.
Follow this step-by-step process to apply for a Card replacement online.
- Login to your account and click on ’Account Management’
- Select the Card you would like to replace and the reason you’d like to replace it
- Complete the Card Membership verification
- Review your Online Card Replacement request and click to submit
To complete another Online Card Replacement request, simply tap ‘Back to Account Management’ and select ‘Order a replacement Card’ in the text box below the status.
Note: For your security, the same Card cannot be replaced again for 30 days.
