What documents do I need to submit a Smartphone Front Screen Cover claim?
Should your Card come with complimentary Smartphone Front Screen Cover, be sure to notify us of damage by submitting a claim online first. Once you’ve had your Smartphone fixed by a repairer of your choice you’ll need to submit a claim form with the following documents:
- Receipts of the repair
- A copy of your American Express Credit Card statement(s) detailing the outright purchase of your mobile phone or monthly phone bill payments.
