1. American Express® Cardmembers can receive one (1) Amex Race Radio when they present a valid American Express® Card (any Card bearing American Express Logo, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards) at any Amex Radio Booth located within the Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve. Limit one (1) per Cardmember, per day, while supplies last. Amex Race Radios may be available to non-Cardmembers on select days subject to availability.

2. American Express® Cardmembers and non-Cardmembers may obtain access to the Amex Fan Experience, situated in the Parc Zone. Access provided on a first come, first served basis, subject to capacity limitations. The American Express Fan Experience is open Friday, June 13, 08:30 to 19:30, Saturday, June 14, 07:30 to 19:30, and Sunday, June 15, 08:30 to 19:30.

3. American Express® Cardmembers may obtain access to the Amex Pit Stop, situated between grandstands 15 and the Lance Stroll Grandstand, by showing any valid American Express Card (any Card bearing American Express Logo, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards).  Access provided on a first come, first served basis, subject to capacity restrictions. The Amex Pit Stop is open Friday, June 13, from 08:30 to 19:30, Saturday, June 14, from 07:30 to 19:30, and Sunday, June 15, from 08:30 to 19:30.

4. Access to the Amex® Trackside Lounge is available by reservation only exclusively for eligible American Express® Cardmembers on a first come, first served basis. Only Cardmembers with one of the following Cards are eligible: The Platinum Card®, American Express® Aeroplan®* Reserve Card, Business Platinum Card® from American Express, American Express® Aeroplan®* Business Reserve Card, American Express® Air Canada®* Card, The Centurion Card®, Corporate Platinum Card® from American Express, American Express® Aeroplan®* Corporate Reserve Card.

Reservations must be made in-person by visiting the Amex Trackside Lounge entry agent and cannot be made through any event websites, phone calls, email, chat, or other channels. Limited to one (1) Session reservation per eligible Cardmember, per day. An eligible Cardmember can book a reservation, with proof of identification, for themselves and one (1) guest. Session reservations will be available between Friday, June 13, and Sunday, June 15, 2025, of the FORMULA 1 PIRELLI GRAND PRIX DU CANADA 2025 race weekend from gates opening. Reservations are subject to availability and at the sole discretion of American Express.

Eligible Cardmembers and their accompanied guest, if applicable, must arrive no later than fifteen (15) minutes after the start time of their reservation to avoid cancellation of their reservation. Cardmembers must respect their reserved Session time and depart promptly at the end of their reserved time. To access the Amex Trackside Lounge, Cardmembers must present the entry agent with their Trackside Lounge wristband for their designated reservation Session.  

Once entered, Cardmembers and their guest, if applicable, will be permitted to leave and regain entry during their allotted reservation session using the wristband provided. The Amex Trackside Lounge is situated adjacent to Grandstand One (1). Eligible Cardmembers may visit the registration desk at the Trackside Lounge to view Session options and to make their reservation in-person.Cardmembers and their guest must be of legal drinking age and must have a valid government-issued identification to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages that will be available for purchase. Please drink responsibly.

5. The registered Card account must be in good standing. Must first register your Card to the offer and use same Card to make qualifying purchase(s) by 15/06/2025. Date format is DD/MM/YYYY. A purchase made during the offer period prior to registration of your eligible Card for this offer is not a qualifying purchase. Your registration of an eligible American Express Card for this offer extends only to qualifying purchases on that Card. Prepaid Cards and Corporate Cards are not eligible for this offer. 

To be eligible for a $10 (CAD) statement credit, one single qualifying purchase or cumulative qualifying purchase(s) that total at least $100 (CAD) after taxes and applicable fees, must be charged to your registered Card on-site at participating Official F1 merchandise shops located inside the Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve during the offer period and subsequently posted to your account. In the case of a purchase made during the offer period; it may not qualify if the registered Card is charged by the merchant on a different date and that date occurs after the offer ends.

Offer valid only on qualifying purchases made on site at participating Official F1 merchandise shops located inside the Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve and indicated by American Express signage of the offer at the participating Official F1 merchandise shop. Excludes merchandise purchases made at shops that do not have Official F1 branding or American Express signage of the offer. Not valid on any other purchases such as, but not limited to, race tickets, concessions, and hospitality access. Excludes purchases of gift cards, purchases made online or through mobile apps. Only the first 24,000 cards to be successfully registered are eligible for the offer. Offer is non-transferable. You can earn a maximum of $10 (CAD) in a statement credit/s per registered Card during the offer period.  

Statement credit will be applied to your registered Card account within 90 days after 15/06/2025, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase(s). American Express may not receive information about your qualifying purchase from the merchant until all items from your qualifying purchase have been provided/shipped by the merchant. Statement credit may be reversed if qualifying purchase(s) is returned/cancelled. If American Express does not receive information that identifies your transaction as qualifying for the offer, you will not receive the statement credit. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the offer, the following transactions are not qualifying purchases for this offer: purchasing a merchant’s goods through a third party, such as through concession stores in department stores, payment account or service of a third party, a card reader attached to a mobile phone, online aggregators that sell goods of other merchants or if the merchant category is otherwise not identified. A statement credit does not constitute a payment and does not satisfy the requirement to pay the minimum due on a credit card. The Basic/Primary Cardmember must continue to make separate payments of at least the minimum due in accordance with the Cardmember agreement and account statement applicable to their registered Card account.  

While we hope to provide you with this offer on the terms set out here, we reserve the right to change or cancel this offer at any time. 

 In the event that you replace your registered Card through Amex Bank of Canada or other participating American Express card issuer (as applicable) during the offer period, your participation in this offer will end and you will need to re-register for this offer.

6. Enrollment Limited. Eligible Card Members must first add offer to Card and then use same Card to makequalifying purchases. Only Consumer and Business American Express® Cards issued by American Expressin the US are eligible for this offer. American Express Prepaid Cards, Corporate Cards, Debit Cards, andAmerican Express-branded Cards issued by other financial institutions are not eligible for this offer.Additional Cards on an eligible Card account are also eligible to enroll in this offer; however any rewards orcredits earned will be applied to the Basic Card Member’s account. Each eligible Card must enroll separatelyin this offer and must individually make a qualifying purchase to earn a statement credit.Limit one enrollment per Card Member regardless of whether a Card Member has more than one eligibleCard. Card Members must select one eligible Card to enroll and enrollment of an eligible Card in this offerextends only to that Card.

A qualifying purchase is a purchase of merchandise made on-site at participating Official F1 merchandiseshops located inside the Circuit Gilles-Villenueve at the 2025 Canadian Grand Prix. The following are notqualifying purchases: Merchandise purchases made at shops that do not have Official F1 branding and anyother purchases such as, but not limited to, race tickets, concessions, lounge access, gift cards, and purchases made online or via mobile app. Qualifying purchases must total a minimum of $70 USD, followingconversion from a foreign currency, if applicable, in accordance with your Cardmember Agreement. Foreigncurrency conversion fees are not eligible transactions and will not contribute to the qualifying purchase.Offer only valid on purchases made directly with a participating on-site merchant. Offer not valid onpurchases made using third parties, such as resellers, delivery services, or other intermediaries Statement Credit 

Please allow 90-days after 6/15/2025; for the statement credit(s) to be posted to the Card Account, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase. If the Card Account is canceled or past due, it may not qualify to receive the statement credit(s).
