1. Offer Period
   Eligible Cardmembers may begin enrolling in this promotion on 18/05/2026; however, only qualifying purchases made between 21/05/2026 and 24/05/2026 will be eligible for a statement credit. Date format is DD/MM/YYYY.
   
   While we hope to provide you with this offer on the terms set out here, we reserve the right to change, extend or cancel this offer at any time.

   Eligibility & Enrollment
   Register your eligible Card for the offer and then use the same Card to make qualifying purchase(s). A purchase made during the offer period prior to registration of your eligible Card for this offer is not a qualifying purchase. Registration extends only to qualifying purchases on the Card you registered. Registered Card account must be in good standing. Prepaid Cards are not eligible for this offer.
   
   Qualifying Purchases
   To be eligible for a $20 (CAD) statement credit, one single qualifying purchase or cumulative qualifying purchase(s) that total at least $100 (CAD) after taxes and applicable fees, must be charged to your registered Card on-site at participating Official F1 and Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve stores as indicated by American Express signage of the offer at the participating stores during the offer period and subsequently posted to your account. Offer valid only on purchases made in Canadian dollars and directly with the participating Official F1 and Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve stores.
   
   Offer Inclusions and Exclusions
   Offer valid on purchases of merchandise made on-site at participating Official F1 and Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve stores. Participating shops are indicated by American Express signage of the offer at the participating Official F1 and Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve stores. Excludes merchandise purchases made at shops that do not have Official F1 branding or American Express signage of the offer. Not valid on any other purchases such as, but not limited to, race tickets, concessions, and hospitality access. Excludes purchases of gift cards, purchases made online, and purchases made through mobile apps.
   
   Unless expressly stated otherwise in the offer, the following transactions are not qualifying purchases: purchases made using third parties, such as resellers, delivery services, or other intermediaries, a card reader attached to a mobile phone, or if the merchant category is otherwise not identified.
   
   Statement Credit
   You can earn a maximum of $20 (CAD) in statement credit(s) per registered Card during the offer period. Statement credit is typically applied to your registered Card account within 30 days from the date of qualifying purchase but may take up to 90 days from 24/05/2026, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant that identifies your transaction as qualifying for the offer. Call the number on the back of your Card if the statement credit has not posted after 30 days from the date of purchase. Statement credit may be reversed if qualifying purchase(s) is returned/cancelled.
   
   In the event that you replace your registered Card through Amex Bank of Canada or other participating American Express Card issuer (as applicable) during the offer period, your participation in this offer will end and you will need to re-register for this offer.
2. By enrolling in this offer, you agree to these terms and the Amex Offers^® Program Terms.
   
   Eligibility and Enrollment
   Eligible Card Members must first add offer to Card and then use the same enrolled Card to make qualifying purchases. Only Consumer and Business American Express^® Cards issued by American Express in the US are eligible for this offer. American Express Prepaid Cards, Corporate Cards, Debit Cards, and American Express-branded Cards issued by other financial institutions are not eligible for this offer. Additional Cards on an eligible Card account are also eligible to enroll in this offer; however, any rewards or credits earned will be applied to the Basic Card Member’s account. Each eligible Card must enroll separately in this offer and must individually make a qualifying purchase to earn a statement credit.
   
   Limit one enrollment per Card Member regardless of whether a Card Member has more than one eligible Card. Offers are non-transferable. Card Members must select one eligible Card to enroll, and enrollment of an eligible Card in this offer extends only to that Card. Limit of $15 back in total statement credits per eligible Card Member account.
   
   Qualifying Purchases
   A qualifying purchase is a purchase of merchandise made on-site at participating Official F1 merchandise stores and Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve stores located inside the Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve at the 2026 Canadian Grand Prix. The following are not qualifying purchases: Merchandise purchases made at stores other than Official F1 or Circuit Gilles Villeneuve stores, and any other purchases such as, but not limited to, race tickets, concessions, lounge access, gift cards, and purchases made online or via mobile apps. Qualifying purchases must total a minimum of $75 USD, following conversion from a foreign currency, if applicable, in accordance with your Cardmember Agreement. Foreign currency conversion fees are not eligible transactions and will not contribute to the qualifying purchase.
   
   Offer only valid on purchases made directly with a participating on-site merchant. Offer not valid on purchases made using third parties, such as resellers, delivery services, or other intermediaries.
   
   Statement Credit
   If you meet the offer requirements, the statement credit(s) will typically post to your account within 30 days after you make a qualifying purchase, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase. In some circumstances, it may take up to 90 days after the offer end date for statement credit(s) to post. Please call the number on the back of your Card if credit(s) have not posted to your account 30 days after you made the qualifying purchase. Accounts that are canceled at the time of fulfillment of the offer will not receive the credit(s). Credit(s) may not be received or may be reversed if an eligible purchase is returned, partially returned, refunded, canceled or modified.
   
   General
   Amex Offers^® are available for varying and limited periods of time, are dynamic and personalized and may differ between Card Members. If you navigate away from the Amex Offers page, you may see different offers when you return. American Express reserves the right to modify or revoke the offer at any time.
   
   Privacy
   By enrolling in this offer, you agree that American Express^® may use your transaction and personal information to administer the offer, communicate with you about it, and facilitate your offers experience in accordance with the American Express Privacy Statement.
3. American Express^® Cardmembers may obtain access to the Amex Racing Club located in the Yellow Zone when they present a valid American Express^® Card, excluding American Express^® Prepaid Cards.  Access also includes entry for the Cardmember and one (1) guest to the Cardmember exclusive space on the second floor. Non-Cardmembers can access the Amex Racing Club and can scan the QR Code on the on-site event signage to complete the registration. Access provided on a first come, first served basis, subject to capacity limitations. The Amex Racing Club is open Friday, May 22, 09:00 to 19:00 EDT, Saturday, May 23, 09:00 to 19:00 EDT, and Sunday, May 24, 09:30 to 16:00 EDT. Hours of operation may vary and are subject to change.
4. American Express^® Cardmembers can receive one (1) American Express Race Radio when they present a valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards, at any American Express Radio Booth. Between 10:00 to 11:00 EDT from Friday, May 22 to Sunday, May 24, 2026, non-Cardmembers may be able to receive a Race Radio at any American Express Radio Booth, subject to availability, and can scan the QR Code on the on-site event signage to complete the registration. Limit one (1) Race Radio per person per day, while supplies last. 
5. American Express^® Cardmembers may access the American Express Pit Stop, located between Grandstand 15 and the Lance Stroll Grandstand, when they present a valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. Perks offered at the Pit Stop are available while supplies last. Limit one (1) perk per Cardmember per day.
   
   The Amex Pit Stop is open Friday, May 22, 09:00 to 19:00 EDT, Saturday, May 23, 09:00 to 19:00 EDT, and Sunday, May 24, 09:30 to 16:00 EDT.
6. Eligible American Express Cardmembers can reserve a session for themselves and up to one (1) accompanied guest in the Trackside Lounge, located adjacent to Grandstand One (1). Reservations are limited and provided on a first come first served basis.
   
   Only Cardmembers with one of the following Cards are eligible: The Platinum Card^®, American Express^® Aeroplan^®* Reserve Card, Business Platinum Card^® from American Express, American Express^® Aeroplan^®* Business Reserve Card, American Express^® Air Canada^®* Card, The Centurion Card^®, Corporate Platinum Card^® from American Express, American Express^® Aeroplan^®* Corporate Reserve Card.
   
   Reservations must be made in person by visiting the Trackside Lounge entry agent and cannot be made through any event websites, phone calls, email, chat, or other channels. Limit one (1) session reservation per Cardmember per day. Session reservations will be available from 08:00 to 19:00 EDT on Friday, May 22, 08:30 to 19:00 EDT on Saturday, May 23, and 09:30 to 19:30 EDT on Sunday, May 24. Cardmembers should arrive no later than 15 minutes after the start time of their reservation to avoid cancellation of their reservation. Cardmembers must depart promptly at the end of their reserved session. Once entered, Cardmembers and/or guests will be permitted to leave and regain entry during their allotted reservation session using the wristband provided on entry.
7. American Express^® Cardmembers and up to one (1) accompanied guest may obtain access to the Cardmember Priority Lane for Racing Simulators, Pit Stop Challenge, and Driver Podium by showing a valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards.
   
   American Express^® Cardmembers and up to 3 accompanied guests may obtain access to the Cardmember Priority Lane for the circuit main entrance adjacent to Jean-Drapeau Metro station on Saint Helen's Island, by showing a valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards.
8. American Express^® Cardmembers may access the charging stations located at Grandstand 17, Grandstand 12, Family Grandstand, Grandstand 47 & F1 Fan Zone by tapping a valid American Express^® Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. A refundable $40 deposit will be required upon access.
9. Only Cardmembers with one of the following Cards are eligible to attend Maison Amex: The Platinum Card^®, American Express^® Aeroplan^®* Reserve Card, Business Platinum Card^® from American Express, American Express^® Aeroplan^®* Business Reserve Card, American Express^® Air Canada^®* Card, The Centurion Card^®, Corporate Platinum Card^® from American Express, American Express^® Aeroplan^®* Corporate Reserve Card.
10. You must be of local legal drinking age and must carry a valid government-issued photo identification to enter the Maison Amex and consume alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly. Dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated.
    
    Reservations are not available. Limited space available on a first-come, first-served basis. Capacity is 125 people. You must show your eligible American Express Card and government-issued photo identification that matches the name on your Card to gain entrance. Cardmembers may bring a maximum of one (1) guest. Cardmember and Guest must be of legal drinking age. Guests must accompany the Cardmember. Time in lounge may be limited based on demand. Please note there may be a wait time in line to enter.
    
    There may be cancellations, postponements, or rescheduling of events. Amex will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes to events to Cardmembers by email to the address provided. Amex Bank of Canada does not assume any liability. The Cardmember (and if applicable, any guest of the Cardmember) assumes full liability for all risks incurred before, during, and after the event and agrees to all applicable terms.
