Somm Membership Fees 
The current Somm Cru subscription membership fee is $85 CAD per year, plus applicable taxes. Auto-Renewal  
At the end of your 12-month discounted term, your membership will automatically renew at the then current regular membership fee. Before each renewal and at least 14 days before the end of your current 12-month discounted membership, you will receive an email notification from Somm™. If you do not want to renew, you must cancel your Somm™ subscription membership no later than 24 hours before the end of your subscription period. This excludes residents of Quebec. At least 14 days before the end of your current discounted membership, you will receive an email notification from Somm™ notifying you of the membership cancellation. Cancellation 
You may cancel the membership subscription for the Somm Cru or Grand Cru or Grand Cru Zero at any time prior to the end of your 12-month discounted membership term. If the maximum of $50 (CAD) in statement credits per 6-month period is exceeded, purchases that exceed the $50 (CAD) maximum will not qualify for a statement credit. This will result in a statement credit being issued for an amount less than the purchase. Purchases made with supplementary cards are not qualifying purchases. 

Purchases made by the last day of each 6-month period (December 31 or June 30) but charged to the registered Card after those dates may not count towards eligible spend for that 6-month period (for example, if a purchase is made on or before December 31 but charged by the merchant on the shipping or delivery date and that date occurs after December 31 or if there is a time difference). If this occurs, that purchase will count towards eligible spend for the next 6-month period.
