We strive to ensure that all customers can access our products and services in the same or similar manner and in a way that respects the dignity and independence of persons with disabilities.

- We will communicate with customers with disabilities in ways that consider their disability.
- We will train staff to communicate with customers in clear language. We will strive to be thoughtful and treat each customer as an individual with dignity and respect.
- Amex Canada will give notice of temporary disruptions to services or facilities used by persons with disabilities, including the reason(s) for the disruption and expected duration.
- When temporary service disruptions are planned, advance notice will be provided.
- We are committed to servicing people with disabilities who use assistive devices to obtain, use or benefit from our products and services.
- We will train our staff to be familiar with assistive devices that customers may use, including audio players, hearing aids, voice amplifiers and writing aids.
- Service animals shall be permitted entry to all Amex Canada facilities that are open to the public, unless otherwise excluded by law.
- A support person shall be permitted to accompany a person with a disability to all Amex Canada facilities that are open to the public.
- Amex Canada is committed to providing fully accessible telephone service to customers.
- We will communicate with customers by Bell Relay TTY or in writing (by email or regular mail) if telephone communication is not suitable for their communication needs.
- Amex Canada is committed to working towards a website that can be fully accessible to customers with disabilities. Amex guidelines are based on the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
