How Can I Request a Change to my Flexible Payment Option Limit?

To request an increase to your Flexible Payment Option Limit, log into your account and visit the ‘Manage Accounts tab’, click ‘Card Management’ and click ‘Manage Flexible Payment Option Limit.’ You can also use the Amex® App by selecting  ‘Manage Flexible Payment Option Limit’ under the ‘Account’ tab, then choose ‘Start Request’ and follow the prompts. As another option, you may change your limit by call the number on the back of your card.
