ABOUT THE PROGRAM
American Express is excited to continue our partnership with BST Hyde Park Festival as the official presenting partner for the fourth year. Eligible UK and US American Express® Cardmembers can enrol to get 5% back on qualifying purchases made at American Express presents BST Hyde Park between 27 June and 13 July 2025. Terms and exclusions apply.
Along with the spend offer at BST Hyde Park, American Express will be on-site at the Festival with the Amex Experience. All festival attendees are welcome to visit the lower ground Amex Experience where they look to create ‘core memories’ and enjoy photo moments, have the chance to win prizes in the claw machine, enjoy the Amex bar and more! Space is limited. First come first served. American Express Cardmembers can also access the Mezzanine and upper Mezzanine with up to 3 guests each to experience an exclusive soda bar, games, some of the best views of the mainstage on site and more.
Cardmembers can enjoy the following perks: (1) access to the Amex Experience Mezzanine (2) complimentary branded water bottle (while supplies last); (3) complimentary cross body bag to customise within the Experience (while supplies last); (4) access to Cardmember only Merch Lanes located across site at the main merch tents and (5) 5% back spend offer. Premium Cardmembers can receive an additional bottle pouch (while supplies last).
ABOUT THE SPEND 5% BACK SITEWIDE
Eligible UK and US American Express® Cardmembers can enrol to get 5% back on qualifying purchases made at American Express presents BST Hyde Park between 27 June and 13 July 2025. Terms and exclusions apply. Offer excludes purchases at the BST Box Office. Limit of one eligible Card per Cardmember.

ABOUT THE CARDMEMBER PERKS
In order to redeem on site perks, you must click on the ‘American Express’ tile within the BST Hyde Park app and enrol your Card. Alternatively, go to the Amex location and show/tap your American Express® Card to an Amex staff member to enter (all staff members are wearing branded Amex t-shirts). All Cards are eligible for these perks (excluding prepaid Cards).
Benefit locations can be found below:
- The Amex Experience close to the North Entrance in front of the Rainbow Stage
- The Amex Kiosks located across the site
- Merch Fast Lanes are located at merch stations across site
The Amex Experience lower ground is open to all festival attendees. The Amex Experience Mezzanine and upper Mezzanine is open for Cardmembers and up to three guests. Space is limited.
The Amex Experience will be open each day of the festival, from festival open (1pm) until the main stage headliner takes to the stage (circa. 8pm but times may vary).
Head to the Amex Experience lower ground, click on the ‘Amex Perks’ tile within the BST Hyde Park app and enrol your Card to receive your QR Code or tap your Amex® Card. Enter the Experience and go to the ‘Bag Customisation’ room, show your Amex Card and redeem your bag. Limit one (1) bag per Cardmember per Festival day.
Head to an Amex Kiosk on site, click on the ‘Amex Perks’ tile within the BST Hyde Park app and enrol your Card to receive your QR Code or tap your Amex® Card. Limit one (1) bottle per Cardmember per Festival day. If you are a Platinum or Centurion Cardmember, click on the ‘Amex Perks’ tile within the BST Hyde Park app and enrol your Card to receive your QR Code to redeem your exclusive Cardmember bottle pouch. Limit one (1) bottle per Cardmember per Festival day. Whilst supplies last.
Head to the merch areas on site and enrol your Card in the BST Hyde Park App, show your QR Code or a valid American Express® Card to an Amex Brand Ambassador (wearing Amex t-shirt) to enter the Cardmember only lanes. Merch purchases must be made with an Amex® Card. All Cards are eligible (excluding Prepaid Cards).
