Amex Experience Mezzanine and upper Mezzanine Access

Cardmembers may obtain access to the Amex Experience Mezzanine and upper Mezzanine, with up to three accompanied guests, when they enrol in the BST Hyde Park app (clicking the Amex tile within the app and inputting Card number), or tap their valid American Express^® Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards), subject to capacity limitations. Accompanying guests must click the Amex tile within the BST Hyde Park app and input their email address to gain access (under 18s are not required to do this). Access is provided on a first come, first served basis. All perks available within the Amex Experience Mezzanine and upper Mezzanine are available while supplies last. American Express does not guarantee every eligible Cardmember will be able to receive access. Attendees who appear unruly, disruptive, or visibly intoxicated may be refused entrance and may be ejected from the Amex Experience Mezzanine or upper Mezzanine, in the sole discretion of the event organizers. Must be 18+ to drink alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly. The Amex Experience Mezzanine is open 1PM – closed 30 minutes prior to the headliner going on each festival day.

Enrol and Get 5% Offer

Save to Card to get a 5% statement credit when you spend any amount on a GBP transaction at BST Hyde Park until and including 13 July 2025. Valid every time. Terms, locations, payment restrictions and future communications about this Offer will apply.

These Offer Terms (including the Offer description above) set out the key terms of our BST Hyde Park Offer. Please make sure you read these together with our General Offer Terms, which contain important additional terms, including information about when statement credits or points can be reversed or lost.

Statement credits will be awarded for eligible transactions using your Card during the Offer period, as explained above and within these Offer Terms and General Terms. A statement credit should appear on your Card Account statement within 30 days from the date you made an eligible transaction, but in some instances could take longer.

You can report missing statement credits by contacting us via the Amex App or by calling the number on the back of your Card. American Express will then take the appropriate steps to resolve your request within a reasonable timeframe. By saving the Offer to your Card, you agree to all our Offer Terms.

This Offer is valid for American Express^® Cardmembers who enrol their eligible American Express Card, including but not limited to enrolment via the BST App or by visiting an American Express service point location on-site, and then make a purchase at a participating on-site merchant at BST Hyde Park between 27 June – 13 July 2025. Cardmembers must first enrol their eligible Card in the Offer and then use that same Card to make qualifying purchases.

Offer excludes the purchase of BST Tickets from the BST Box Office. Offer only applies to spend made in Great British Pound (GBP) on the Card to which the Offer is saved. This Offer only applies to purchases on the Card to which the Offer is saved (including where the Card has been added to a mobile wallet). If we send you a replacement Card following any fraud (or fraudulent activity) on your Card, and if the Offer is still available, you may need to save the Offer again to your replacement Card for you to be enrolled. Limited to one eligible Card per customer, the offer does not apply to pre-paid Cards.

Some payments made through certain “payment facilitators” will not be eligible and will not count towards your spend for the purposes of the Offer. A payment facilitator is an intermediary that accepts payments on behalf of the seller of the goods/services. Payment facilitators can include some online payment platforms/marketplaces, and entities that provide certain card acceptance products (such as mobile card readers) to sellers of goods/services.

If the merchant offers an alternative way to make a payment, such as through a third-party payment facilitator which is not eligible under this Offer, this spend will not be eligible for statement credits and will be excluded from the Offer. Transactions that are subsequently cancelled or refunded will not count towards your spend for the purposes of the Offer.

By enrolling and making a qualifying purchase, you acknowledge that to enable you to redeem the Offer, American Express may share certain transaction data and the first digits of your Account number with the merchant to reconcile and assess the Offer. Complimentary Water Bottles

Cardmembers can receive a complimentary water bottle when they enrol their Card in the BST Hyde Park app by clicking the Amex tile and showing their QR Code or by tapping their valid American Express^® Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards) at any American Express Kiosk sitewide. Limit one per Card per day. While supplies last.

Platinum Card^® and Centurion^® Members can receive a complimentary bottle pouch when they enrol their Card in the BST Hyde Park app by clicking the Amex tile or by showing their valid American Express^® Platinum or Centurion Card at any Amex Kiosk sitewide. Limit one per Card per day. While supplies last.

Complimentary Crossbody Bag
Cardmembers must enrol their Card in the BST Hyde Park app by clicking the Amex tile or by showing their valid American Express^® Card to enter the Amex Experience lower ground floor. Here they can enter the Bag Customisation room and tap their American Express Card to receive their complimentary crossbody bag. Limit one per Card per day. While supplies last.

American Express Dedicated Cardmember Merch Lane

The Dedicated Cardmember Merch Lane is only available for Cardmembers (guests are not permitted) and is located at the main merch tents sitewide. Cardmembers may obtain access to the Dedicated Cardmember Merch Lane by showing their QR Code received by enrolling their Card in the BST Hyde Park app by clicking them Amex Tile or by showing a valid American Express^® Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards). All purchases must be made with a valid American Express Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards). The Dedicated Cardmember Merch Lane is open 1PM-close each festival day (circa.8pm).
