Terms and Conditions

¹Amex Presale Tickets®

Cardmembers have access to purchase Amex Presale Tickets for select events and select seats, during a specified period prior to the general on-sale dates for those events. Tickets must be purchased using an American Express® Card. An American Express Prepaid Card cannot be used to purchase tickets. Amex Presale Tickets are sold by and fulfilled by third party ticket sellers (not American Express), and such tickets are subject to the rules, terms and conditions, prices and fees set by the ticket seller, event promoter and/or the venue. Amex Presale Tickets are subject to availability and supply may be limited. Not all seats may be offered; purchase limits and blackout dates may apply. For example, on tickets which are not available for public purchase. Refunds, exchanges, and resale may be prohibited by the ticket seller.


²Amex Reserved Tickets®

Amex Reserved Tickets may be purchased by American Express® Cardmembers for select events and select seats, during a specified period. Tickets must be purchased using an American Express® Card (including, for example, The American Express® Platinum Card). An American Express Prepaid Card cannot be used to purchase tickets. Tickets are sold by and fulfilled by third party ticket sellers (not American Express), and such tickets are subject to the rules, terms and conditions, prices and fees set by the ticket seller, event promoter and/or the venue. Reserved tickets are subject to availability and supply may be limited. Not all seats may be offered; purchase limits and blackout dates may apply. For example, on tickets which are not available for public purchase. Refunds, exchanges, and resale may be prohibited by the ticket seller.

³Cardmember Fast Track Line

Cardmember access through the American Express® Cardmember Fast Track Line is available to American Express Cardmembers for select performances at Aviva Studios. American Express Cardmembers may each bring in one (1) guest, provided all parties are present upon entry and possess a valid event ticket. To gain entry to Aviva Studios through the American Express Cardmember Fast Track Line, you must present the Welcome Team representative with a valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. The American Express Cardmember Fast Track Line may not be open for all Aviva Studios events, and hours of operation may vary and are subject to change. Entry into Aviva Studios is subject to both the Terms and Conditions stated on your e-ticket and in the rules set by Aviva Studios. The American Express® Cardmember Fast Track Line does not provide access to the venue ahead of the advertised doors time.

⁴Complimentary Cloakroom Use

American Express Cardmembers are entitled to complimentary use of the cloakroom at selected evening events at Aviva Studios. When in operation, the cloakroom will be located in the Social area inside the main entrance. Cardmembers must present a valid American Express Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards) to receive the complimentary service compared to paying the standard price per item. A limit of one (1) checked bag or coat applies per Cardmember, per event. During events, all bags will be checked by the venue’s specially trained safety team and the advertised bag policy and prohibited items list will apply. The bag storage facility is operated by the venue (not American Express) and the venue’s terms and conditions apply. All items left with the Aviva Studios Welcome Team prior to entry are left at the owner’s risk.
