How business card member benefits work
How benefits are accessed
Once approved, Business Card Members can access benefits through their American Express® account, either online or via the app. Some benefits are available automatically with the Card, while others may require simple enrolment before use. Card Members can view eligible benefits, enrol where required, and track usage all in one place.
When benefits apply
Business Card benefits typically apply as soon as the Card account is active, although certain offers or statement credits may be subject to enrolment, eligibility criteria, or specific timeframes. Benefits are generally linked to eligible purchases made with the Business Card, and terms may vary depending on the benefit.
How Card Members manage their benefits
Business owners can manage and monitor benefits digitally, making it easy to stay in control. This includes:
Viewing enrolled benefits
Tracking usage and credits
Managing Employee Card access
Monitoring spend and rewards in real time
This centralised approach helps business owners maximise value while keeping administration simple.
