To view your benefit cover, make a claim or download an Insurance Certificate please sign-up or log-in on the Europ Assistance Travel Protection website. You’ll need to use your Europ Assistance login details as your American Express My Account credentials won’t be recognised.
As part of your card benefits, your travel insurance provider Europ Assistance will be changing their name to Redion. While nothing about the services you receive is changing, you may start to notice their new name appearing in communications or documents. This update applies to all Cardmembers and no action is needed from you.
