Invite your friends, get rewarded.

Step 1: Invite a friend or family member using your unique referral link. You can find your link by logging into your account or via 'Invite a Friend' in the Amex^® App.
Step 2: They click the link and choose the Card that best suits their needs.
Step 3: If they're approved for their chosen Card and meet the eligibility criteria for the referral offer, you could both get rewarded.

To take part in the American Express Referral Programme, your friend must apply for an eligible American Express^® Card using your unique referral link.
To be eligible for the referral welcome offer, they must be a new Cardmember and be approved for their chosen Card. See "Does my friend need to be a new Cardmember?" below for more information.

Through the American Express Referral Programme, dependant on your Card’s reward currency, you could earn up to a maximum of 90,000 Avios, Membership Rewards®, Nectar Points or bonus points per calendar year.
If you hold a cashback product, you could earn up to £150 cashback per calendar year.
The amount of Membership Rewards® points or other referral rewards available for each successful referral may vary based on your Card Account, available referral offer, and other factors. Referral offers may vary and can change over time, so the referral bonus available to you may differ from the referral bonus available to another eligible Cardmember.
To view your current referral offer, sign in to your American Express® Account on the web or on the Amex App and navigate to the Refer a Friend page. Referral offer availability varies, and you may not be eligible for a referral offer on your Card Account.

Yes. When your friend uses your unique referral link, they'll see the eligible American Express® Personal and Business Cards available through the American Express Referral Programme. They can choose the Card that best suits their needs from the eligible Cards shown. If they're approved for their chosen Card and meet the eligibility requirements, you'll receive the applicable referral reward based on the Card you hold.

Eligibility for referral welcome offers vary by Card.
Your friend may not be eligible for a referral welcome offer if they currently hold, or have held, an eligible American Express Personal or Business Card within the previous 24 months. Full eligibility criteria are available on the relevant Card application page.
If approved, they'll still receive the Card's features and benefits, even if they aren't eligible for a referral welcome offer.

It may take up to ten weeks for your bonus to be credited to your Account, if your friend or family member’s Card application is successful.
