Please review the details and the Terms and Conditions for this transfer. Once you have ticked the agreement box, click 'next' to proceed.
Select add another account and complete the form with the information for the frequent traveller program you are an existing member of.
Once you submit your request, you will be able to submit a points transfer request straight away. Your points transfer will be processed after the frequent traveller program has confirmed your account.
Please complete all of the required fields and click 'Submit'. Please note that the details must match those held by the programme loyalty partner. Should your details on your frequent traveller membership do not match, please contact the partner directly.
Once the partner has verified your details you will be ready to transfer your Membership Rewards points.
Select add another account and complete the form with the information requested by the frequent traveller programme you wish to sign-up for.
Note: in some instances you may be required to complete the sign-up process on the frequent traveller programme's website.
Once you submit your request, you will be able to submit a points transfer request straight away. Your points transfer will be processed after the frequent traveller programme has confirmed your account.
Please complete all of the required fields and click 'Submit'. Your request for the chosen frequent traveller partner number will take between 7-14 days. Once the partner has enrolled you into their loyalty programme you will be ready to transfer your Membership Rewards points.

5. Transfer enough points into your Loyalty Program account to redeem for your award accommodations or top up your Loyalty Program account.
6. Transfers are normally immediate, but please allow up to 48 hours for the transfer to be completed.
7. Please note that no bookings can be made until the Points are credited to your Loyalty Program account.
