The design pays homage to the neighborhood’s nautical and industrial roots through its use of weathered wood, glass, and dark gray brick. Curved tables in rooms evoke a ship's cabin while bold windows have an industrial touch. The color palette is soft blue and white in both the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Surveyor is an all-day, American-inspired supper house with a menu focusing on classics like steaks and roast chicken.
