• Babies in arms and children under 5 years of age will not be allowed into Centre Court or No.1, No.2, No.3 Courts or Courts 12 and 18.
• All prices are charged in GBP (£). International payment will be subject to FX rates. Cardmembers will not incur any additional charges by purchasing through the pre-sale period.
• The Charge taken by the Cardmember in a currency other than Indian Rupees will be converted into Indian Rupees (INR). The conversion will take place on the date the Charge is processed by overseas American Express, which may not be the same date on which the Charge was made as it depends on when the Charge was submitted to American Express. If the Charge is not in U.S. Dollars, the conversion will be made through U.S. Dollars, by converting the Charge amount into U.S. Dollars and then by converting the U.S. Dollar amount into Indian Rupees. If the Charge is in U.S. Dollars, it will be converted directly into Indian Rupees. Unless a specific rate is required by applicable law, the overseas American Express treasury system will use conversion rates based on interbank rate that it selects from customary industry source on the business day prior to the processing date, increased by a foreign currency conversion markup of 3.5%. If Charges are converted by third parties prior to being submitted to American Express, any conversions made by those third parties will beat rates selected by them.
• There is no maximum cap on the numbers of tickets for purchase. These are all subjects to availability.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with other offers.
• In case of bulk bookings, even if availability is there, the above-mentioned fares will still hold true, however bulk bookings will be dealt with on case-to-case basis. Merchant’s decision will be final in this case and cannot be contested.

• Cardmember cannot cancel or refund the ticket(s) once purchased.
• The ticket(s) are non- transferable.
• All ticket(s) and package(s) are subject to availability at the time of booking/purchase.
• The Cardmembers won’t have the option to proactively select their ticket(s) and seating number. This information will only be available to Cardmembers two weeks prior to the match.  
• The seating numbers will be mentioned on their tickets.
• Once Cardmember is made aware of the seating number/position and he/she is not ok with the same, no refunds will be applicable.
• In case, tickets are not available later by the Partner, the complete package amount will be refunded to the Cardmembers within 14 working days from the day merchant confirms there are no tickets available for that order. Cardmembers will receive a confirmation email regarding the refund in such case(s). In the case, there is an error from the Partner’s end, and it has already taken the payment, in that case, the entire amount will be refunded within 14 working days of Keith Prowse informing the Cardmember regarding the error. • The Cardmembers need to carry their digital tickets to the stadium.
• Cardmembers can raise queries with Keith Prowse up to one day prior to the matches that they have purchased tickets for. All queries to be responded to within 24 hours.
• Any complaints concerning the Hospitality Package must be notified to the Seller in writing as soon as reasonably practicable after the Event. Complaints can be made by phone to 0208 843 7699, or by email to enquiries@keithprowse.co.uk. The seller will respond to any complaints within 14 calendar days.
