2026 NFL Draft Event-Specific Terms and Conditions

1. Amex^® Fan Experience at the NFL Draft

   At the NFL Draft, American Express Card Members may obtain access to the American Express Fan Experience when they present a valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. All other event attendees can access the Amex Fan Experience when they scan the QR Code on on-site event signage and complete the registration (void where prohibited). Valid event ticket required for access to the Amex Fan Experience. Access provided on a first come, first served basis, subject to capacity limitations. Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Activities and perks available within the Amex Fan Experience may vary by event and can include interactive activations, amenities, giveaways, or other event-specific enhancements. Select perks and activities may be exclusive to eligible American Express Card Members. All activities and perks are subject to availability, while supplies last. American Express and event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who appear disruptive, unruly, or fails to comply with applicable rules, in their sole discretion. Terms for access to the Fan Experience and to the perks within the Fan Experience may vary by event, including Card eligibility. Offers may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
   

2. American Express^® Card Member Lounge at the NFL Draft

   American Express Platinum Card Members can reserve a session for themselves and up to one (1) accompanied guest in the Card Member Lounge. American Express Centurion Members can reserve a session for themselves and up to three (3) accompanied guests. Reservations must be made same-day in person by visiting the Card Member Lounge entry agent on-site at the event. Reservations are limited and provided on a first come first served basis. Limit one (1) session reservation per eligible Card Member per event. Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Activities and perks available within the Card Member Lounge may vary by event and can include interactive activations, amenities, giveaways, or other event-specific enhancements. All activities and perks are subject to availability, while supplies last. American Express and event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who appear disruptive, unruly, or fails to comply with applicable rules, in their sole discretion. 3. American Express^® Platinum Card Priority Lanes at the NFL Draft
   

   American Express Platinum Card^® Members and up to one (1) accompanied guest may reserve a wristband to obtain access to Platinum Card Member Priority Lanes for select NFL experiences each day. Reservations are limited and provided on a first come first served basis. To reserve a wristband, Card Members must visit an NFL Fan Services kiosk on-site at the NFL Draft to request a same-day reservation. NFL Fan Services Kiosk are located outside of Acrisure Stadium Gate C on the North Side and inside Main Entry at Point State Park on the South Side. Card Members may need to return to the kiosk later that day to pick up their wristband, subject available reservation time slots. Limit one (1) reservation per eligible Card Member per day. Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guests must be present to receive a wristband with an eligible Card Member. American Express and event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who appear disruptive, unruly, or fails to comply with applicable rules, in their sole discretion.

4. On-Site Spend Offer - Qualifying Merchandise at the NFL Shop
   

   Eligible American Express Card Members can earn 10% back as a statement credit, up to $20, after using an enrolled eligible Card to make qualifying merchandise purchases at NFL Shop locations operated by Fanatics during the 2026 NFL Draft at Point State Park and Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, PA between 4/23/2026 - 4/26/2026.

   Eligibility and Enrollment
   Eligible Card Members must first add offer to Card and then use same enrolled Card to make qualifying purchases. Only Consumer and Business American Express^® Cards issued by American Express in the US are eligible for this offer. American Express Prepaid Cards, Corporate Cards, Debit Cards, and American Express-branded Cards issued by other financial institutions are not eligible for this offer. Additional Cards on an eligible Card account are also eligible to enroll in this offer; however any rewards or credits earned will be applied to the Basic Card Member’s account. Each eligible Card must enroll separately in this offer and must individually make a qualifying purchase to earn a statement credit.

   Limit one enrollment per Card Member regardless of whether a Card Member has more than one eligible Card. Offers are non-transferable. Card Members must select one eligible Card to enroll and enrollment of an eligible Card in this offer extends only to that Card.

   Limit of $20 back in total statement credits per eligible Card Member account.

   Qualifying Purchases
   A qualifying purchase is a purchase of merchandise made at NFL Shop locations operated by Fanatics on-site at Point State Park and Acrisure Stadium during the 2026 NFL Draft. The following are not qualifying purchases: online purchases, suites, catering orders, ticket sales, transportation, parking, gift cards, and all food & beverage. Valid only on purchases made in US dollars.

   Offer only valid on purchases made directly with participating merchants. Offer not valid on purchases made using third parties, such as resellers, delivery services, or other intermediaries.

   Statement Credit
   If you meet the offer requirements, the statement credit(s) will typically post to your account within 30 days after you make a qualifying purchase, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase. In some circumstances, it may take up to 90 days after the offer end date for statement credit(s) to post. Please call the number on the back of your Card if credit(s) have not posted to your account 30 days after you made the qualifying purchase. Accounts that are canceled at the time of fulfillment of the offer will not receive the credit(s). Credit(s) may not be received or may be reversed if an eligible purchase is returned, partially returned, refunded, canceled or modified.

5. American Express^® Card Member Draft Theater Access Queue at the NFL Draft
   

   American Express^® Card Members with up to one (1) accompanied guest may obtain access to the Draft Theater Queue at the 2026 NFL Draft on Friday, April 24 and Saturday April 25, 2026 when they present a valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. American Express does not guarantee that all Card Members waiting in the Queue will be able to access the Draft Theater. Card Members and their guests must remain together in the line at all times to be granted access. Saving places in line or joining the party after reaching the front of the line is not permitted. Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Draft Theater access is subject to capacity limitations. American Express and event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who appear disruptive, unruly, or fails to comply with applicable rules, in their sole discretion. Hours of operation may vary and are subject to change without notice.
   

6. American Express^® Card Member Charging Stations
   

   American Express Card Members can borrow a portable charger when they tap a valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards, at a Charging Station onsite at the NFL Draft. Card Members are subject to the terms and conditions set by the vendor for borrowing a charger, including return policy and applicable fees. See vendor’s terms here. Limit one (1) per Card Member, while supplies last.
   

7. Online Spend Offer – NFLShop.com - The Official Online Shop of the NFL
   

   Eligible American Express Card Members can enroll by 4/26/2026 to earn a $20 statement credit after using their enrolled eligible Card to spend a minimum of $100 on one or more qualifying purchases online at NFLShop.com by 5/19/2026. Limit of 2 statement credits per enrolled Card (total of $40). Limit one enrolled Card per Card Member. See terms.
