American Express® Corporate Meeting Card

Fees

 

The annual fee for the Corporate Meeting Card is $75 or a lower amount that may have been agreed between American Express and the Company and will be billed to your account annually.

 

Foreign Transaction Fee: 2.5% of each transaction after conversion to U.S. dollars

 

Late Payment Fee: $39.00 or 2.99% of any past due Pay in Full amount, whichever is greater.

 

Administrative Suspense Fee (90 days past due and charge privileges suspended): $25.00

 

Reinstatement Fee (if Card is cancelled due to non-payment): $25.00

 

The Corporate Meeting Card may be used solely for commercial business purposes and in accordance with your Company’s policy. Unless required by law, American Express is not responsible for any problems with goods or services you charge on the Corporate Meeting Card. You or American Express may elect to resolve any claim by individual arbitration, in which case the other party may not litigate that claim in court or have a jury trial on that claim. American Express may revoke your right to use the Corporate Meeting Card at any time, with or without cause, and without giving you notice. American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc.

Online Account Access

 

Corporate Card accounts are eligible to enroll for online services. Centrally Billed Accounts, where charges on all Card accounts are billed to the company instead of the individual Card Members, may be excluded. Use of online payments and electronic expense report services are subject to your company practices and policies.  Card Members must enroll at americanexpress.com/confirmcard.

 

Concur® Expense & AXP Program Optimization

 

Program Optimization reports are available only to Corporate clients enrolled in Concur® Expense, have 10 or more employees at least $250,000 in spending, and transactions occurring on at least 60 days during the quarterly reporting period.  The reporting is available for each market or may be aggregated – please specify when contacting your American Express representative.  To initiate the enrollment process for Program Optimization reporting, the client must sign a letter of authorization and return it to their American Express representative. It takes approximately two quarters after the letter of authorization is submitted for the enrollment process to be completed and to receive the first Program Optimization report. All joint American Express and SAP® Concur® Expense clients that don’t qualify for Program Optimization reporting may have access to Analytics from SAP® Concur®.
