Earning Cash Back
How you will get the cash back: You will receive cash back as a statement credit. Cash back will appear on the second billing statement after the billing statement on which the eligible purchases appear. You will not receive cash back if your Card account is cancelled or in default at the time of fulfillment.

Employee Card Spending Limits
Employee Card Spending Limits may be set up online or by calling the number on the back of your Card. The Spending Limit is not a guarantee that the Employee Card Member will be able to make purchases up to that limit. There are certain purchases where the limit does not apply, such as, for example, restaurant tips and hotel stays extended beyond their original reservation period, and the overall Account capacity is taken into consideration. You agree to pay all Charges without regard to whether any Charges exceed a limit, and you agree that we are not liable to you or any other person when a limit is not applied to any Charges and/or when Charges are incurred and billed that exceed a limit. For more information on the application of the limit, please refer to the Employee Card Spending Limits Terms and Conditions at www.americanexpress.com/spendlimits/terms, which will also be provided when you enroll Employee Card(s) in this feature.

Receipts will be stored until the earliest of the following: (1) seven years from the end of the year that the receipt was uploaded or (2) the date that your online account is closed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, American Express may delete or purge receipts for any reason in its sole discretion, with or without notice.

American Express @ Work®
Use of American Express @ Work® is restricted to employees, contractors and/or agents that the Company, and its representatives designate for the sole purpose of performing online account queries and maintenance, including accessing and/or creating reports relating to the Company's American Express® Corporate Card programs. @ Work is available to all companies with an American Express Corporate Card program.

American Express® Merchant Financing
American Express® Merchant Financing loans are commercial loans secured by business assets, excluding real property and motor vehicles. Merchant Financing is not a purchase/discounting of receivables or a cash advance. To be eligible for a Merchant Financing loan, your business must accept the American Express® Card and satisfy other eligibility requirements. A business can have only one Merchant Financing loan at a time. Not all industries are eligible for a Merchant Financing loan. This offer is only good for this specific invitation for a One-Year Financing loan of $35,000 or less, for which a personal guaranty may be required. A fixed fee ranging from 7%–12% of the loan amount will apply. If you opt for a One-Year Financing loan greater than $35,000, a fixed fee ranging from 3.5%–10% will apply. After you submit an application for a loan, and if approved, we will tell you how much your business can borrow, the fee for the loan and the repayment method, which will each be determined based on the creditworthiness of you and/or your business and other factors. If approved for a loan, funds will be disbursed into your business bank account. Repayment is through automatic debits via ACH every business day in a fixed amount from your business bank account. To remain in good standing, your business must continue accepting the American Express® Card during the term of the loan, meet minimum repayment obligations, and satisfy other criteria contained in your loan agreement. Late fees and fees for insufficient funds may be assessed.
Working Capital Terms from American Express
Program Enrollment. Before you can submit a loan request, you must submit an application to enroll in Working Capital Terms. Your eligibility to enroll in Working Capital Terms is based on information we have about you, including your credit history. We may not approve, or may revoke your ability to submit, an application if there has been any material changes to the financial condition or creditworthiness of you and/or your business or for other reasons permitted under applicable law. If you are the Basic Card Member on more than one Business Card from American Express OPEN, you may only enroll one of the businesses in Working Capital Terms. Eligibility for the program is conditioned upon your agreement to use electronic records and signatures, and electronic communication (including email), in the origination and administration of funding requests.
Working Capital Terms Program-Funding Requests. The minimum funding request is $1,000 and the maximum funding request is $750,000. To request funds, you must (i) be enrolled in the program; (ii) have identified at least one vendor; and (iii) have linked at least one business bank account. If we approve a funding request, the funds will be automatically sent to the vendor's bank account via ACH within 2 business days. The funds requested will not be sent to you. We may need up to an additional 2 business days to verify the vendor information you provide. We may refuse to send payments to a vendor on your behalf if we determine the vendor is not eligible to receive payments from us. If we are not able to debit an amount equal to the total amount due for a funding request(s) before the twentieth day after the applicable auto-debit date, we will charge a late payment fee. The late payment fee will be calculated as a percentage of the total amount due, which on a monthly basis shall be increased to reflect any unpaid late payment fees until the outstanding balance is paid in full. The amount you can borrow and the fee can change. They are based on the overall financial profile of you and your business, including your history with American Express and other financial institutions, and your credit record data. For your convenience, the amount you can borrow and the fee are always displayed in your Working Capital Terms dashboard. Fees are between 0.5% - 1.75% for 30 days, 1.0% - 3.5% for 60 days, and 1.5% - 5.25% for 90 days. Not all customers will be eligible for the lowest fee. Fees are subject to change.
American Express® Business Loans
You must be pre-approved for a Business Loan offer in order to apply. Your pre-approved loan amount and maximum APR are based on the creditworthiness of you and your business and other factors. Pre-approved APRs are between 6.98% APR and 19.97%, as of 8/22/18. Not all customers will be pre-approved for the lowest APR or the highest loan amount. Offer availability is subject to change. FX International Payments
FX International Payments is a service of American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. (“American Express”). This service is not available to consumers. To enroll in the service, your business will be required to complete an application which is subject to review and approval by American Express. The FX International Payments platform is deployed within American Express’ state of the art data center that features advanced online and offline security and monitoring against internet attacks. FX International Payments implements American Express standards relating to information integrity, transaction security and information security.2. American Express makes money from currency exchange.3. Transfer times for Outgoing Wire Transfers, typically 1-4 business days (delivery times depend on currency and country).4. Your business must also complete and submit to us a form designating an American Express Card Member who is already enrolled in the individual Membership Rewards program to whom points will be credited. With respect to a company enrolled in the Corporate Membership Rewards program, any earned points will be credited to the relevant Program Administrator Corporate Card linked to the company’s Membership Rewards program. If you select a basic personal American Express Card Member or a basic small business American Express Card Member (e.g., OPEN from American Express) to receive the award of Membership Rewards points, please note that the designated Card Member for that personal or small business account is authorized to determine how and when to redeem those points. You agree not to make any claims against American Express with regard to the manner in which the basic Card Member redeems such points. The American Express Card Member you select to receive the award of points, or in the case of Corporate Membership Rewards, the company, must be current and enrolled in the Membership Rewards program at the time the transaction is initiated. FXIP must have a completed registration on file for the Card Member’s Card account or company’s Program Administrator Card Corporate Card account, and there must be no unpaid FXIP obligations of your business or other violation of or defaults under the FXIP Terms and Conditions at the time of point fulfillment. No points will be awarded retroactively for transactions processed prior to the enrollment of the business in the FXIP service and the processing of the Membership Rewards program registration form. In the event a registered Card is lost, stolen or renewed, you must register the new Card by submitting an updated form to FXIP with the new Card information. Processing of the registration form takes approximately 2-4 weeks. To obtain a registration form, call 1-888-391-9971. Points will be credited to the Card Member’s Membership Rewards program account or Corporate Membership Rewards account, if applicable, within 10-12 weeks after the eligible transaction is completed. Membership Rewards points that are awarded for transactions with FXIP are subject to the terms and conditions of the Membership Rewards program, including rules regarding forfeiture of Membership Rewards points. Note that the rewards available in the Membership Rewards program vary depending on the type of American Express Card enrolled in Membership Rewards.
