Get started with Vendor Pay by BILL by enrolling your eligible American Express® Business, Corporate, or Corporate Purchasing Card. With the Basic plan, there is no monthly fee for the first user and no fee for a second user for the first six months. After six months, the second user will be charged $15 per month. The Advanced plan is $59 per user per month, and the Advanced Plus plan is $99 per user per month.
