The @ Work Homepage has new functionality and a fresh, modern look. It’s designed to transform your User experience and give you fast, intuitive access to the information and functions you need.
Managing your Corporate Program is seamless. New navigation and smart search enable easy access to statements and reporting with self-serve capabilities. Proactive features, action-oriented alerts, and status tracking increase speed and efficiency.
Updated Statements Experience
The Statements Hub is a welcomed new addition to the @ Work toolkit that lets you access all statements through an intuitive User interface that is consistent with the latest American Express brand standards.
It's the one place to go for access to all your statements, saving you time in getting the information you need.
Uplifted Card Profile Page
The Card Profile User experience has been modernized and simplified in line with the new @ Work design. The key information you need has been reorganized to make it more efficient to access and perform common tasks.
The Card Profile account details provide a snapshot of important demographic and account information. The Account Balance and Payment Summary information are displayed side by side for ease of differentiation, while Transactions and Statements have been merged for a unified experience. Employee Cards and functions like Cancel Card, Manage Limits, Upgrade Card, and Reinstate Card can all be managed on a self-serve basis.
