All 29 suites have an entire wall open to dramatic views of the Pitons and the Caribbean Sea. Most of the suites feature large, heated infinity pools and all have chroma-therapy couples' whirlpools. Suites feature high ceilings and are finished with crushed blush coral plaster and precious tropical hardwood flooring.

Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Jade Mountain Club features bold tropical cuisine that uses seasonal and local ingredients. Visit Emerald Farm, the resort’s own organic farm in the Soufriere hills that is home to 1,000 cacao trees.

Partake in a yoga class or visit the resort's two beaches. Spa Kai en Ciel offers a menu of spa therapies that can be performed in two treatment rooms or in-suite. Using the resort’s cacao beans, the Chocolate Delight includes warm and cool chocolate applied to the skin.

Make chocolate in the Chocolate Laboratory or sign up for a cooking class. Snorkel or scuba dive on the nearby coral reefs with the resort scuba operation. Go hiking or mountain biking on resort trails. Enjoy a coastal kayaking adventure or a sunset sailing trip on the resort yacht.
