Upcoming Reports shows you all the report templates that are scheduled but haven’t run yet.

The Deactivated section displays any report schedules that have been deactivated. Deactivation of a schedule means the report will no longer be generated automatically at the scheduled frequency.

Deactivated reports and schedules can be reactivated or deleted completely. Reports that were generated before the schedule was deactivated are still available via the corresponding File Type icon.

The Most Popular section displays a list of our most frequently used and most recommended reports, including the latest Dashboard reports.

The All section displays all the report templates available for your organization’s program(s) with American Express.

Setting up a standard report is quick and easy. Search or browse by Client ID or Control Account for the accounts you want to include.

Choose your report frequency and formatting options, and Go.Your report will be delivered to your Available Reports screen at the end of each period.
