Once you’ve signed up for Online Account Management, you can make payments, view statements and complete expense reports 24/7 anywhere Internet is available. In agreement with your company’s policies, you may also receive monthly statements online.


To receive marketing related offers and news about Card benefits as well as special promotions and offers, login to your account and update your profile and preferences.

Contactless, Apps and Wallets

Cardmembers can pay contactless with their Card directly or by adding their Card to their mobile wallet (Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay) and tapping to pay at thousands of stores that displays our contactless symbol. It’s a quick, easy and secure way to make payments up to £30. Simply touch your Card or phone on the reader, wait for the beep and you’re done.

Chip & PIN


Your Card uses Chip & PIN technology to provide extra security and convenience. Once you have activated your Card, you can personalise your PIN at any UK LINK cashpoint offering PIN services.


If you forget your PIN, if your Card is stolen or if you suspect someone else knows your PIN, call us right away for immediate assistance. If you enter your PIN incorrectly three times, your Card will be temporarily locked. If this happens, contact us for a PIN reminder. Use this to unlock your Card atany UK LINK cashpoint that offers PIN services, by following the on-screen instructions.

Express Cash


Cash access is available on the British Airways Corporate Card Plus, subject to application and approval. Contact your Programme Administrator for an Express Cash Enrolment Form.1


Avios for employees


With your British Airways American Express Corporate Card programme, as an employee you will collect Avios for eligible spend on your Card. British Airways American Express Corporate Plus Cardmembers collect 1.5 Avios for every eligible £1 of spend on the Card and 3 Avios every time they spend with British Airways. 2 Avios are subject to the British Airways Executive Club terms and conditions.


Avios can be used for reward flights, flight upgrades, part-payment for cash bookings, hotel stays and more.3 Existing members of the British Airways Executive Club can provide their membership number at the time of application; otherwise you will have automatically been registered into the Executive Club.


On Business Points for your company


With your British Airways American Express Corporate Programme, your company benefits from travel savings on British Airways flights and cabin upgrades through On Business. On Business Points are earned every time you book a qualifying flight directly with                        British Airways.


Your company will earn an extra 50% On Business Points in addition to the base Point earn when you pay for any eligible British Airways flights with your British Airways American Express Corporate Card.4 Your company will also earn an additional 2,500 On Business Points every time you spend £25,000 or more on your Card in your Card anniversary year.5


On Business Points can be used to book any flight on British Airways, American Airlines or Iberia up to one day before travel, and if needed, you can make date and time changes up to 24 hours before the first leg at no extra cost.6 All Points earned through employee spend on the Card are pooled into your company's account to use on the travel needs for anyone in your company. Redeeming On Business Points helps your company save on travel costs while giving you flexibility in booking business travel.


Your company will have a nominated Programme Administrator to manage its' On Business account and Point redemptions. On Business membership is complimentary; membership is subject to the On Business programme terms and conditions.

Global Assist®


Our 24/7 Global Assist Helpline provides valuable pre-trip information and global assistance during a medical, legal or personal emergency for you or a member of your dependent family, while travelling outside the UK. Global Assist services are included without fee; however, cash advances, medical, shipping and other costs are charged to your designated Card, therefore approval will be sought prior to incurring any costs.8



Business Travel Accident Insurance


It is reassuring to know that wherever you are on business, your Card provides the traveler 24-hour insurance cover for no additional charge when your trip is booked with the Card. Cover includes £225,000 travel accident benefit when travelling on common carrier transportation for up to 30 days on a business trip.



Travel Inconvenience Insurance


When business travel does not go to plan, it's reassuring to know that your Card has you covered. For our Cardmembers, we're here to help out in situations such as:

  • £100 for delayed flights of more than four hours
  • A further £100 if you miss your connection as a result
  • £100 for delayed baggage for more than six hours on an outbound journey
  • £500 more is available if the baggage is delayed for more than 48 hours
  • Payment of the benefit is simply credited to the Corporate Card account to which the expenses were charged



Baggage and Personal Possessions Insurance


For trips to destinations outside your country of residence booked with the Card, your Card provides the traveler with protection for when personal belongings, money and/or travel documents are lost, stolen or damaged. You will be protected for up to £3,500 (single item limit of £480 in excess of £95).

Term and Conditions


  1. Express Cash: Requires company participation and Cardmember enrolment. Subject to terms and conditions. Please note that Express Cash application is subject to approvaland activation. Cash access is granted subject to and governed by the terms of the agreement between American Express and your Company and may be withdrawn at yourCompany’s request at any time.
  2. Avios will not accrue in respect of any Cash Withdrawals, American Express Travellers Cheque purchases, Foreign Exchange Transactions or fees. Avios will accrue in respect of spending in each month provided your account is not more than 60 days overdue.
  3. Avios redemptions are subject to applicable taxes, fees, carrier charges and surcharges 
  4. Companies participating in the British Airways American Express Corporate Card Programme earn 50% more On Business Points than the base On Business membership earn. Flights must be purchased on the Card. On BusinessPoints are earned on all British Airways fares including franchisees but excluding codeshare partners and oneworld® alliances.
  5. Companies will receive 2,500 On Business Points per British Airways American Express Corporate Card Plus Cardmember, who achieves spend threshold of £25,000 on the Card within a 12-month period commencing on the issue date or an anniversary of the Card issue date. Spend excludes and cash withdrawals, American Express travellers cheque purchases, foreign exchange transactions or fees. Your account must be in good standing at the time the bonus is earned. 2,500 On Business Points are enough to redeem one economy return flight to Band 1 Europe.
