- I am aged 18 or over
- I understand I will not be eligible for a Welcome Cashback Bonus if I hold or have held any personal American Express® Card in the past 24 months
- I have a permanent UK home address
- I have a current UK bank or building society account
- I have no history of bad debt
- I earn at least £20,000 per year
