By signing the Charter we commit to:
- Getting a 50:50 Gender balance (with 10% tolerance) of senior management roles in the UK by 2024
- Continue boosting awareness of gender diversity across the organization
- Continue reviewing our employee development programs to ensure a diverse and fair workforce and foster a culture of inclusion
When we signed up to the Charter in September 2019 we had 45% female representation in senior management. As of September 2020, this has increased to 46%.
