We continue to be proud of the positive impact that our investment strategy delivers – for Amex and, importantly, for our portfolio companies in the Consumer, Fintech, Commerce, Enterprise Technology & Software, and Frontier Tech sectors.

We made a number of exciting investments during 2024 in our expanded focus areas. Mindtrip seeks to simplify consumers’ travel plans with AI that crafts personalized itineraries tailored for the user. BILT strives to make product assembly easier with 3D instructions – say goodbye to confusing manuals. And Galileo is helping enterprises scale Gen AI applications while seeking to ensure the safety and effectiveness of these AI models. We're proud to support these startups as they help innovate and advance technology in their industries.

Building on our successes, we’re focused on the continued growth of our portfolio with promising new startups sourced within our investment focus areas. In 2025, we’re looking to identify and invest in startups in the following sectors:

• Consumer Services: Enhancing the customer experience and delivering innovative solutions tailored to evolving consumer needs.
• Gen AI and Agentic AI: Harnessing the power of AI to create intelligent, adaptive systems for enterprises that drive protection, productivity and growth.
• Verticalization of Commerce and New Forms of Commerce: Enhancing customer engagement through new mediums, as well as those that reimagine traditional buyer-supplier interactions across key industries.
