How can I manage my AutoPay settings?
You can manage your AutoPay settings through your online account at americanexpress.com/autopay by selecting the following options:
- “Update Autopay” to update your Autopay bank information.
- “Pause/Resume AutoPay” to temporarily suspend your Autopay for up to 3 months.
- "Stop Monthly AutoPay" to discontinue Autopay arrangements completely.
