When will I receive my new Card?

You should receive your new Card in 7 to 10 days. For the security of your account, we'll mail your new Card in a white envelope that has the American Express logo with an Omaha, NE return address.

Once you get your Card, you can confirm you've received it online. From there you can also set up your online account to manage your preferences, pay your bill and enroll in features like account alerts.

If you still haven't received your Card by this time, you can request a replacement Card through your online account or call us at 1-800-297-8500.
